Is it still possible to grind out bronze motherboxes to get cat call?

Hey, to be honest with you, if you have time during the day , on multiverse there's a planet who gives you abilities.

I used to open bronze mother boxes, but it was a waste of time and credits.

I am now farming instead of buying , gold, platinum and diamond boxes.

Try to farm boxes, in the same time put those guys on level 20/30 to sell their gear to make that planet with abilities.

Usually costs 150.000 each time.

I’m farming the Multiverse ability worlds as well. I’ve opened 1000 bronze boxes and hundreds of all the others. I’m 70hrs deep and have tons of abilities, just not the Cat Call. But fortunately I really love this game so I’m chipping away. I will post once I get it.

I've opened a few hundred bronze boxes and never once recall getting an ability from anything under gold. Was wondering if silver/bronze even contain abilities

I think the odds of you getting one in a Bronze box are almost non-existent. I personally don't ever remember getting one.

 

I opened 738 Bronze Boxes, 468 Silver Boxes, 611 Gold Boxes, 608 Platinum Boxes and 88 Diamond Boxes before I got Cat Call and I did quite a few Ability Events as well.

Ya, I already got a few abilities from bronze boxes, but isn't worth it.. 

 

Follow the guide on another thread here, that's the best way to get the ability. 

 

I'm still mixing stuff, but I'm only auto-grinding on it, or doing the planets that award abilities or Diamond/Platinum boxes just for defeating the boss, other than that, I leave Catwoman on endless with a Turbo controller (with Batman with medium attack set to X, to continue, while I sleep..). I also put Catwoman with the passive ability to get stuff only for her, and Batman with the passive ability to "not get" stuff for him, since supposedly you can get abilities as rewards from matches too. 

 

Still, it's an RNG nightmare.. Best to just use the guaranteed way, while still testing your luck with the boxes and ability planets..

I'm farming the ability events. I'm only missing 18 abilities, cat call will probably be given last sadly

If your good with Catwoman, you can get cat call 100% from her legendary multiverse thing, but I'm already to close ability wise

Something that i hope is helping me is that i'm playing the base game w/o the DLC characters so it's 6-9 less characters i can get items for.

Don't give up skeleton! Cat Call was unironically the last ability I unlocked, I had to sit to the entire skill set of all characters to unlock it, with patience, you'll be able to unlock the plat.

I get bored and while I am doing something at home i'll put AI playing for me. After a while I have motherboxes to open.

If you are interested , on multiverse, press square on the character you want and select AI.

I got an ability from silver boxes today and yesterday too. 

Abilities are epic rarity now so the chance is very low under gold.

Got a few abilities from bronze boxes since making this post but the rate is abysmal maybe 1 every 100-150 boxes and not the one i needed

I can open 50-70 boxes a day and no abilities for me

Now I only get them on multiverse

I ended up investing in a turbo controller and doing the legendary multiverse route.
