No, Season Pass is a waste of money and yes, City of Suffering is the only DLC you must pay, all the others are free. Season Pass includes some emotes and buddies that can follow you but they don't do anything to help you lol it's just a stylish thing to show other players like "Hey look I have a skull following me that's so badass". If I remember correctly, you can also obtain some extra abilities like more % looting, more % exp, but they don't worth it so much according to me. It's a new class and a new campaign and new missions, enemy types and whatnot. So the price tag isn't that bad, just a shame the DLC was never intended to be included in the season pass.
