Could be. The physical edition was released long before the digital, so my stack was marked as PH before.

Have you tried disabling your PS4's internet connection and viewing the list offline in the Trophy Collection?

One way to tell, would be to boot up the game offline, then check the in-game trophy list by pressing and holding the PS Button for a few seconds, then navigating to the trophies tab ?.

The PS4 list for Crazy chicken Extreme is called Moorhuhn.

Did you start the game before the download was complete?

Or did you try to reinstall the whole Game?

i tried to reinstall the game, changed the region to USA, played a little, different profile - no trophies, no (both PS4 and PS5)  ... Game over =(

Try to play until the first Trophy pops, then it should work normally.

Sometimes games has this issue that the trophy list does not appear until the first trophy pops

I remembered a simmilar issue with qubit's Quest ps4.

I just can confirm that german retail and digital Version works like a charm

Have you tried restoring your licenses? The only other thing I can think of is to delete your profile then recreate it, in case the trophy database has been corrupted and that's why the list isn't installing . You can find the profile deletion option in the Account Management tab.
