Turns out I was highly retarded. I missed one chest in a dungeon in Hogsmede.

Thanks man, this worked like a charm! Was about to start a new collectible playthrough this week, so you just saved me 20 hours.

 

I couldnt make a manual save at step 7, I just kept getting an error for some reason. So if this happens to anyone else, you can just fast travel somewhere, so the game auto-saves. It doesnt have to be a manual save.

 

Its honestly kinda ridiculous that players themselves have to find those workarounds, while the devs are busy counting the money made from their buggy game.. It has been more than 2 weeks since the last patch and they havent even given any estimates for the next patch. They could have just added 1 or 2 extra collection chests to game, to give players the missing conjurations, while trying to find a permanent solution (IF that fix is ever even going to happen..)

I got the conjuration, I'm at 140/140 but the trophy refuses to drop.

I only feel hatred towards this game. Congratulations to the developers for having achieved such a feat.

did you download the patch and reload the save afterwards?

New patch is live.

 

Fixed opening butterfly chests other than the intended ones for a quest doesn't count toward mission progression. Resolves the following reported issue: HL-5620.

Fixed butterflies to not appearing at the specified area to progress the mission again. Resolves the following reported issue: HL-4807.

I was on the most recent patch and tried the fix but it keeps sending back to the title screen when I try to load the game.
