Could this game be saved if VR was available ?

Callisto Protocol had an interesting premise (space station horror) to me but icky gore isn't my thing. Nothing against the common place complaints I've seen other players say.

PSVR2 support would be neat.

This game would be saved? That's not the case because its a great game ( silly start).  VR would be cool, I guess, but the game is meant for third person, and I think it would steal the style of the game if it was first person. The game is not scary; VR would make the experience irritating like dodging the attacks.

I don't think VR could do much to help the game; for one thing, a shift in camera isn't going to fix the game's numerous issues, most of which have nothing to do with the perspective. As others have noted, the dodge-dodge-doge-attack combat would also likely be nausea-inducing even for VR vets, let alone newbies or those sensitive to VR sickness. I suppose they could do something similar to Astro Bot, keeping it third-person while the player is essentially overlooking everything via VR, but I don't feel that would add anything to the game.
