Demon souls Remake would be a good start, followed by dark souls 1 - 3. Its a great experience ese

If you're new - I would avoid those... Lol.

Try any TellTale game - great story telling - you just play the games as you would and you'll earn all the Trophies.

The Walking Dead

Back To The Future

Game of Thrones

The Wolf Among Us

Guardian's of The Galaxy

Batman

Tales From The Borderlands

Etc...

Hey everybody! I'm new to the world of trophy hunting. I need some recommendations for games to plat. I'm open to try any genre and difficulty! Thanks in advance!

I also recommend any of the:

Life Is Strange games.

Astro's Playroom: is a good choice.

Terminator Resistance: another decent one.

A little challenging, but: InFamous Second Son.

If you have a friend; A Way Out: is a really fun co-op one.

Tekken 7: if you're okay enough at fighting games.

That's all for now.

Good luck, have fun!

Easy games that I found pretty good are the life is strange games and Detroit Become Human, which are also available free from the ps plus catalog.

If you have the subscription it has a lot of good games to get started on. Ghostwire Tokyo,  Ys 8 and 9, Dragonball Kakarot and  a number of the final fantasy games are in there, all good plats and games as well

Big titles with reasonable plats include Hogwarts Legacy, FF16, Tales of Arise, Persona games. There are on the longer side

This is an extremely broad topic. I would start somewhere like this

https://whatoplay.com/ps5/best/

Check out reviews of these games, does the story appeal, do the gameplay mechanics appeal, not every game has to be 10/10 as long as they appeal to you. Weigh up the positive and negatives.

Have a check on trophy guides for these games, is there online - do online games appeal to you or would you prefer to play entirely offline? Are there missable trophies, unavailable trophies etc?

Is it just the platinum you want or 100% for each game, as some games have DLC. If you want 100% then check out the guides for the DLC too. Also costs involved with the DLC as sometimes they are more expensive or as expensive as the main game!

A few considerations to think about on your trophy hunting journey.

Have you got PS Plus Extra or Premium? That opens up a massive choice of plats that are achievable if you're looking to boost up your number of plats

I've thought about getting it but haven't yet

I had it until a week ago, gonna take a break from it to clean up my profile and then jump back in probably next month or so

what kinda genre's do you like the most, I always find plats easier to achieve if its a genre you love. For me racing games have always come easier than all others

One of the platinums I would recommend is magicka 2 to play with a friend.
Human fall flat( with friends)
overcooked 2(with friend)
star wars if you like
Ghost of tsushima

But specially, give a try for "MANEATER" this game is GOTY. One of my favorite of the almost 250 platinums i got

You have a lot of open world games on your profile, so I would recommend

- Sleeping Dogs

- Lego City Undercover

- Infamous Second Son and

- Prototype 2

to you.

Other great games/plats in my opinion are:

- 13 Sentinels Aegis Rim (VN/Strategy)

- Odin Sphere Leifthrasir (Action RPG)

- Forgive Me Father (Old School Ego Shooter)

- Signalis (Survival Horror)

- Record of Lodoss War: Deedlit in Wonder Labyrinth (Metroidvania)

- Ender Lilies: Quietus of the Knights (Metroidvania)

- Greak: Memories of Azur (Metroidvania)

- KlonoaPhantasy Reverie Series (2.5D Jump n Run)

- Sword and Fairy 7 (Action RPG)

- the Ys series (Action RPGs)

- Under Night In-Birth Exe:Late[cl-r] (2D Beat em Up)

You gotta try Maneater. I don't toss around this word a lot, but Maneater is just FUN. It's exactly what I wanted.
