I think I saw it in one of the game play trailers.

But I think player 1 needs to fire a heavy weapon such as a shoulder mounted rocket launcher; after they fire the weapon.  Player 2 reloads it for them well its still mounted on shoulder.

Correct.

Certain weapons drop with a special backpack. Only the one with the backpack can reload that weapon. You can wear it yourself and reload yourself, but it's faster to have someone else do it for you. When you do this, the trophy pops for the loader.

Done

You don't really need anyone to help boost it. Just join randoms through quickplay and call down the weapon. Fire off a shot, drop it, and then keep tagging the backpack with R1(or turn on your mic to ask).

Or better yet wait until your teammate fires off and then run behind them to reload. You won't even need to ask permission.
