GaryHyphenJon
I've be having trouble over the past couple of days to add funds to my PSN wallet, originally I was told I was "unable to add funds at this time". Now i'm told they're incorrect. I checked the info and it was right but i'm still unable to add the funds. I use a prepaid debit card to add funds and have been able to for a while now and have only recently been experiencing problems. Is the fault of Sony or the credit card provider? skiptracing
Maybe you should contact Sony. https://support.us.playstation.com/app/contact_options
UndreyVITA
Is your credit card from where your PSN account is set in?
StrickenBiged
Same thing happened to me when my PSN+ was due to auto-renew. I just went to the store and bought PSN+ again as normal, and it went through, so I don't really know what to tell you. Maybe your pre-pay is out of credit or the credit hasn't registered on the card yet if you've only updated it recently. I'd also try completely deleting the card from your PSN account and putting it on again from scratch if you haven't already.
amebapiko
If it's worked before and you changed nothing, make sure there's nothing to do with the provider, then it's pretty much try again another time. Isn't this basically the same thread as the one you created a couple days ago?
antithesis
What region are you attempting to use for the debit card? If it's an OZ card for an OZ PSN account, contact your bank. If it's an OZ card for a US PSN account, it's the PSN blocking transactions from other regions, in which case you're shit outta luck. Use PayPal instead. forcedmeme
Have you registered the card with your address? I don't think they allow CNP transactions without that.
EternalChaos72
I was gonna say that everytime I tried to add funds it says credit card not valid, that means I have no money in my bank. Bit you mentioned prepaid cards. I haven't a clue what's causing it. Best to Contact Sony.
Neputyunu
I guess its because its a prepaid card. Sony, Apple and the local tobacco-stores are declining mine too (Kalixa Mastercard). But thats okay for me, I got it in first place because Amazon declines direct debit at some products or marketplace shops...
Kittet3
Don't know if this applies, but I had problems with my debit card because I put in my address in differently then I gave the bank. (My street name is up to personal interpretation, and I usually put my mailbox number as my address)
JiII-Valentine--
Hi. I think the problem is that your debit card has expired. Something similar happened to me and I didn't realise that. If that is the problem, your bank will mail you a new one anyway without you even asking. Please check that first before you contact your bank and Sony. You might feel silly if you find out that's the problem.
