Kataliahh
It turns out that I have no modern open world games, and considering that they have a lot of replayability I was wondering what I should get. Should I get these? Any I'm missing out on? Batman: Arkham Knight GTA V Metal Gear Solid V
noahc66
Whatever you do play Arkham Asylum and Arkham City before Knight. Also: Just Cause 3 Infamous Second Son
themindisacity
ABSOLUTELY play Arkham Asylum and City before Knight. Shadow of Mordor is a more limited open world, but still fun. Also consider Sleeping Dogs PS4, any of the PS4 Assassin's Creed games, Far Cry 4, Just Cause 3, etc. Just for open-world in general.
Kataliahh
Already got inFamous: Second Son. Already got Shadow of Mordor as well, and already played Sleeping Dogs. I guess I forgot about that! Is Far Cry 4 any good? I heard Just Cause 3 has framerate issues.
parkerdip
I have been having a blast with Just Cause 3 and I've not had any noticeable issues

Kataliahh
So Metal Gear Solid V isn't any good? Should I get it or avoid it? Thinking of picking up GTA V, Far Cry 4, Batman: AK and/or Until Dawn (apparently it's really good)

Deceptrox
Get MGSVTPP, many Metal Gear fans said it was a terrific game, but not a great Metal Gear game. I haven't played it myself, I have it before release though, I'm just saving its platinum to be my 1337 trophy. If you haven't played the others games or if you are not familiar with the series' story, you should definitely get it.

ENinjask123
I really enjoyed my time playing Just Cause 3, though I need to do trophy cleanup with it still. The reviews I looked at pre-purchase generally agreed it got more than slightly repetitive, but, at least for me, the explosions never got old (though thinking about it, they probably did and I just didn't care.) Shadow of Mordor is the only other one have from the sandbox genre, but I'm not a huge fan... That is, not to the extent of JC3. As for open world RPGs though I'm no expert, despite owning Witcher 3 and Dragon Age Inquisition, though both are really good from what I've heard. starcrunch061
As long as you don't mind a limited open world, Dark Souls is king of all.
Kataliahh
As long as you don't mind a limited open world, Dark Souls is king of all. Dark Souls is not an open world game. It's very much linear. Also I already have Dark Souls (and the newest one, Bloodborne).

Feral
Probably would've been best to say what you've got already so people know. Anyway, The Witcher 3 is an absolute must have and same goes with Fallout 4.
