ItsThali
With my PS4, I can't be bothered with the theme. I'm not gonna pay for one. But on my PS3 I have an Assassin's Creed theme that I got for free, really like it. I'd just rather use my money for games, not themes.
Sofa King
I like to use my own photos for the background and whatever for the icons, usually just the default ones. Most of the time I couldn't care less about it, but it's nice to change things up every once in a while.
Lady_Galleth
Your own photos? I thought that you couldn't on the ps4.
ZachBoardyHD
I have the Mad Max: Fury Road theme since I got my PS4, I may be biased though due to how highly I like the film and the amount of like for Tom Hardy as an actor and a very sexy man indeed
Thrintus
For the PS3, I don't use any theme as it makes everything load considerably slower (especially the dynamic themes). For PS4 I found that it didn't matter much at all.
Lady_Galleth
I just downloaded the 20th anniversary PlayStation one. :3 It's pretty cute. But I don't understand why my messages and my settings are still the default blue theme. :/ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dOW3CjaoHMs
NekoSlash
I'd have kept the default theme if the Aqua Kitty themes didn't exist. Usually, I get bored of a game/character theme after 10 seconds.
Unknown_v2_0
I prefer one of the solid default colors as well. I never spent money on a theme but downloaded all of the free themes on each system to try them out. The issue I had with all of those was all the colors were making it hard for me to see my apps/games easily and some had blaringly loud sound. Even themes I liked the images of I just couldn't stand the contrast to my home screen menu. I did use an FFXIII theme on my old ps3 but the new one i don't have it cause those earned from progress in the game. Do they even give free themes for beating games or in game accomplishments anymore? Would be cool to have some exclusive avatars for beating certain post game dungeon bosses or something
Thrintus
I use the default theme on PS3 because it loads a lot faster than dynamic themes. On PS4, I'm still in love with my Bloodborne platinum theme.
