Assets yet to be snapped up in last months’ major auction will be offered in a new court-approved sales process to kick off on April 15, the deadline for bids.

THQ is offering six distinct packages. Darksiders, Red Faction, Homeworld and MX will be sold as individual properties. Internally-produced properties will be sold in one bundle, while licensed titles will be offered in another. The purchaser will be liable for costs associated with licensed costs.

A full list of what’s in each package is available below, but both bundles include some cracking properties like de Blob, Supreme Commander, Titan Quest, Drawn to Life, Lock’s Quest, Costume Quest, Worms and Stacking. Whoever picks up these bundles will take over all costs and revenues associated with back-catalogue sales, as well as, in some cases, have the right to develop the property further.

THQ said it has already received more than 100 expressions of interest for various properties and is anticipating “a vigorous sale”.

Most of THQ’s properties and in-development titles were purchased last month, with the notable exception of Vigil Studios and its Darksiders property. Many former Vigil staffers joined a new Crytek team, but Crytek isn’t interested in the action series.

Wow... I wish I had a shitload of money to make a bid.

I know right, so much potential and big name IP's in there gotta be worth a bid (Maybe the PSNP rainy day fund could cover it :P )  it's unbelievable that uDraw's failure was the root cause of THQ going the way it did

Honestly, it's a shame. I really enjoyed the uDraw games (only 3 made). The tablet was pretty cool and I enjoyed using it.

I couldn't believe how well the tablet worked. I picked it up because I got all 3 games and the tablet for 20 bucks and it is a shame that no one made a good game for it.

I really just hope De Blob and Darksiders find a good home.

Kinda hoping Double Fine buys Costume quest at least. The rest I don't care long as it's someone who's not going to either do the following:

a) Sit on the IP just like some people who buys the IP than sits on it so it doesn't compete directly to their own IP.

B) Lowers the quality of the IP

c) Someone who don't milk to the point of death aka see Tony Hawk and Guitar Hero.

Still hopefully Double Fine buys Costume Quest.
