sepheroithisgod
I was doing some testing on the Demon of Hatred, but don't notice a difference when adding Divine Confetti and Ako's Sugar. Maybe this is a bad boss to test on, but I've felt like I've been doing the same damage all game.
nudoetcrudo
It shouldn't be. I am 100% sure divine confetti was increasing my damage, and you can also read about other people noticing the same. What's your strength stat? Mine was 10 I think Edited March 30, 2019 by nudoetcrudo

KingGuy420
I haven't played the game but From definitely has a history of soft capping, and ignoring stats, and all those other no no's of good video game design. I wouldn't put it past them.
xxdmcgee2288xx
It for sure is not. My attack was 12 when I beat him earlier on today, using divine confetti is actually how I beat him. Ako’s Sugar does work on him, too. I believe ako’s increases attack strength by about 12.5%

Unfortunately I progressed too far to farm divine confetti from Blue bathrobe guys, is there any were else to farm it? Also I don't think they would cap damage but maybe diminishing returns especially since there's an item you can get that lets you pay skill points for +1 attack for late game. When you defeat the Corrupted Monk at Fountainhead Palace you'll get the Dragon's Tally Board, which adds unlimited Divine Confetti to all merchants. Each costs 300, but gold should not be a problem since farming is really easy.
iGGTheEnd
Ahh that's good to know, and I can just farm Candy from monks at the temple as well.
