I tried it a couple of times when I was playing it before and just couldn't get it, I'd have to familiarize myself with the game again.... It may be worth a go again though... You can't keep firing from cover, so fire a few rounds than wait in cover (or fire without aiming when you have a shotgun and enemies are close). Kill advancing enemies first (enemies with a shotgun are priority targets). Crushing is not that difficult complared to hard. The biggest leap in difficulty is between normal and hard. I died the most on hard difficulty. Oh and headshots do massive damage (but some enemies have helmets so you need to shoot those first). What chapters are difficult for you?
