Last Item

I am at 100/101 items and got every dungeon clear so I expect it have to be at the overworld. 

 

Just spend 1 hour looking at the map and couldn't find anything... 

Somebody got an idea where a well hidden chest could be?

There's a golden chest in the sea, that was my last item.

 

Was somewhere in the south, can't remember where exactly, might have been to the east of the starting island.

There's a nearly hidden chest just east of cactus cave.

However, my last chest was the one you needed to beat Catthulu to get.

I'm struggled with 100/101 searching for Jester Aee Suit which is totally random loot from golden chest. It's pawful

 

update:

finally found it near Saxim Ruins cave rock. wow.

Mine was the Jester Aee hat. I scoured the map for 30 minutes just to realize I’d missed that one dang golden chest

Speaking of items... I have to have all 101 in my inventory or is the junk loot safe to sell? Or does selling your junk not even become an option in this game and you're left with nothing but a bunch of clutter in your inventory?
