Create a new banner placeholder for PSNProfiles

The best one will be used, it needs to be 1920x460.

 

It should be PlayStaton themed, blue/montage/waves/symbol type stuff, also, no text on it.

ok lets take this into consideration that the main colors of the playstation console and network revolve around blue and black, so midnight blue might be the best idea for the change, heres a couple of possible banners that can easily altered with the necessary tools, these pics are large enough to be placed and can be readjusted, so if anyone wants to do use these feel free, no ones stopping you after all

Having seen the replacement I would prefer something simple such as a black background with PSNProfiles written in the new font in the centre.

I freaking love these!! i REALLY hope Sly is still going to keep an abstract blue background because the current one that is up (with all the video game characters) is nice, but is up for a split second as it fades to the new image for every page I open, and it distracts me every single time because it looks like some sort of error - like it's a header from another game - it's just jumbled because the placeholder image looks like every header on the site, it's not clear that it's a placeholder image, lol

 

Additionally, I don't think that every header shouldn't fade from the placeholder image every time, I think that it should simply fade from black, maybe with a spinning loading indicator somewhere since it's not even a second before it fades to the header, I think the placeholder should simply be used for games without a header yet - If it would be done in that way then I'd have no issue with him using the multiple character header placeholder because it would look nice for games with no header, looks terrible for games with headers that are confusingly transitioning from that. =P
