I remember pulling it off on a PC version of GTA Vice City back in the early '00s. My biggest tip is: get it over with at the beginning of the game, otherwise you'll have a bunch of angry gangs towards the end of the game that are tryin' to shoot up your Ambulance. If you start this trophy early: you'll have less gang members shooting at you, and you'll earn yourself the amazing Infinite Sprint. Will buy the game soon, probably. Very excited. BodamEscapePlan Posted December 2, 2021 Share Posted December 2, 2021 (edited) I had a much easier time with the Paramedic Level 12 requirement on Vice City: Definitive Edition than I did for GTA III: Definitive Edition. The ambulances in GTA III just rolled so easily. You had to be so careful. Oh, and good luck if you were doing them after "Sayonarra Salvatore" as the Mafia will blow your ambulance up in two quick blasts from their shotguns. In Vice City, I didn't rush to do it immediately, I think I was about at the half-way point but I did it on the first island and I thought it was quite easy and even somewhat enjoyable. It took me 20+ hours to complete Paramedic mission in GTA3 compared to 20 minutes in Vice City.
