One of the time trials is uncompletable due to a level that can't be completed in the required time due to a glitched area :

In the same topic someone stated that the borked time trial is doable, but it requires some luck to get the level done.

True but other people in that thread have said they didn't get the trophy, even after meeting the requirements .

It's a shared list for both PS5 and PS4 in each region, so only people playing the JP region version of the list can earn the platinum right now.

@HuntingFever Broken Universe got patched on the 15th to fix the crash for unlocking the Bronze trophy, so should start seeing trophies being earned for the broken ones for each region. Have already seen unlocks for some on NA and AS versions. Will let you adjust the reports as you see the info come through.

Also, looks like Summum Aeterna PS5 has an unlock for Expert Summum now and didn't see you post the fixed Drill Deal trophies up yet.

If I remember correctly, the CN stack doesn't require any downgrade. You can still play Comrades on the latest patch.

That's weird. My report was based on this post:

"I needed to downgrade myself to a lower patch there to be able to get the comrades trophies from the main game still, the same like in the others regions too."

@luxitu can maybe provide more info here.

Was included on @HuntingFever's list over on .org but basically a patch broke the front row trophy

That's not the only trophy that got broken by the latest patch, the three highlight trophies are affected as well.

One of the eleven scenarios (Scenario Nr. 4 - Taking Advantage) is only beatable on version 1.00. Even if you beat the required gold time, you'll still fail the challenge, because it's impossible to catch the driver in first place while playing on version 1.02. The trophy guide on PST also mentions this issue:

The very first thing to say here is that challenge number 4 (Taking Advantage) is glitched and you can not get a pass, even when you beat the time it comes up that you failed because Dale Earnhardt Jr finished first! To overcome this you will need to uninstall the latest patch and reload the game on Version 1.00, proceed to beat the challenge, then come back out and reinstall the patch to continue.

Unfortunately, I can't seem to find my notes that I took when I did NASCAR 14 back in 2016, but I could swear, there was at least one more scenario that got affected in a similar manner by the latest patch. There are also some issues when playing on version 1.00, therefore you're required to make use of both versions of the game (1.00 and 1.02) if your goal is to finish all the scenarios with a gold medal.

Unless something has changed that I'm not aware of, the Chinese version is fully completable without exploits, because it never got the patch which screwed everything up in the rest of the world .
