Not being able to get all the trophies is very annoying too of course but not being able to finish the game is even worse.

As HuntingFever said in his post, just a report in this thread. You can do it easily if you have PSNP+ installed -- see first post in this thread.

If you don't have it installed or don't know how, you can let us know which trophies you believe are broken and me or HF will generate the reports for both PS4 stacks.

PS5 finally got patch 1.3 today, which fixes the Workaholic trophy. Got a reply from the dev that they are looking into the Somniphobist trophy, so I have faith that another patch will arrive in due time.

Ok thank i dont have that stuff installed and i dont know how you do that stuff so i can let you guys know instead.

But yea both the ps4 version of Someday Youll Return and Horror Tale 2 got broken trophies and its not possible to platinum and 100% those games as you already know.

Those were mostly inconsistencies specific to how the master list is structured.

 

Just FYI, I'm very close to bigger update that will include new submission format that looks like this (old format in my post above):

Alright, I just released v7.13 which now allows to create reports in the new format.

 

The new report form looks like this:

 

As you can see, there's a new "note" field which lets the reporter add textual note that should describe why the trophies are unobtainable. The note can also contain clickable link (markdown format) which will be later displayed by PSNP+.

The actual report text is now a valid JSON with all of the info easily readable.

 

So... why the new format?

The current JSON5 format served its purpose but it also contains a lot of info which is lost, because it's inside comments. This means the script can't read it and it's only used by me (and a few others) for quickly searching records.

 

Current format is also very simple -- it's either yes or no for each trophy. Being able to include a note means we can include info about possible patch downgrade being available or games where the game is broken only in certain region. If online servers are down, we can now include date when they were shut down. That's useful!

 

Lastly, PSNP+ will now be able to display complete list with built-in search.

 

We can now slowly start adding notes to older reports where it makes sense. I also wanna go through the rules as I believe we can now adjust them to include reports that were previously discarded.

 

Overall, the new reports will be more accurate and provide greater info to all PSNP+ users! My plan is to show extended info about each report in the upcoming PSNP+ update.

With notes now explicitly included, and taking the oppertunity to review the rules to see if previously discarded reports can be included, it may also be beneficial to also issue some styling guidance on the content of notes. I don't expect it to be closely moderated, and no offense meant to HuntingFever who puts amazing effort into this list, but a note like

does not feel like it provided sufficient information, or is suited to be viewed in isolation. Rather limiting the note to detail of the specific trophies that are still broken, and their associated threads feels more helpful. The nuanaced detail of issues with trophies can that way be relegated to dedicated threads in the games forum, with the note used for condensed and meaningful detail.

 

That's just my 2 cents though.
