Monochrome Posted January 10, 2022 Share Posted January 10, 2022 I've gotten a trophy in the game, and I can see that others have platinum'd it recently, so I'm really confused why mine aren't syncing and don't even appear in my trophy list on the ps4. Smashero Posted January 10, 2022 Share Posted January 10, 2022 (edited) That could be a long shot, but since there are two versions for PS5 (EU and NA) and only one for PS4, where all plat achievers are so far only from EU, I would state, that NA has separate version and trophies were not yet uploaded to Sony servers. My friend is in a tough situation atm where he is trying to set up specific platinum milestones but now that he has this unsycned one that has left him in a bit of a lurch. Sony won't do anything if you have a trophy syncing problem due to a non-syncing and will always refer you to the Developer and/or Publisher. Here are a couple more games. Classic Snake Adventures, a free PS5 upgrade does not have a trophy listing in the system yet and The Enigma Machine, PS4, is the same way. I'm currently writing up a document of changes and requests which is going directly to Shu this weekend - one is that trophies automatically go live when the games do and someway we can contact Sony if they don't - like an online form. Having the process of enabling them a manual one is stupid, why wouldn't you want trophies to go live on launch day? If they want them to go up early, fair enough, but if they forget then they should activate on their own. I contacted him the other day and he's given me his personal email, so I'm hoping that we'll finally see the end of silly publishing errors going forward - the list I have is very long but it would have been so much longer had I not taken on the task of checking the store every week, comparing it to the store on the PS5, then emailing all the publishers whose games either aren't showing up, aren't in the right date order, are formatted wrong, or have issues with trophies.
