Popular Post Shyjun
I am on a roll and got 3 more games completed! Roki as my 2/10 and Rollerdrome as my 8/10 for list 4 as well as Alien Rage as my 10/10 for list 2. Out of the three, Roki would be my favorite as it is a very sweet point-and-click game, and it reminded me of my good times with the Syberia games. A definite recommendation for anyone that like the genre. I had a lot of fun with Rollerdrome. Once the gameplay clicks, it is a blast to play through it. As for Alien Rage, it was better than what I expected gameplay wise (the rest of the game is pretty trash with the script being worse than what you get in B movies) and in reality is far from being a 10/10, even if some bosses are quite unfair, especially one. At least it got me back into the shooter genre to move onto Turok 2 next! I also moved some games around the lists to include back Persona 5 Tactica in list 3 and get PS5 Master as well. Below are the changes related to list 1 as it is a completed list: - Moved Dead by Daylight Additional Chapters from list 1 to list 2 as my 8/10. - Moved Ao Tennis 2 from list 3 to list 1 as my 5/10. It doesn't remove any badges from list 1 if I am not mistaken and even gives me one more badge with Jock for a total of 16 badges @Rebourne07 Not quite yet catched up to @VersusCA but I will try my best to keep offering some competition 😁 List 1 (10/10) Hide contents ✅1/10: Flower (6h, PS4) 01/01/2024 ✅2/10: Uno (40h, PS4, UR) 19/03/2024 ✅3/10: Mass Effect (30h, PS4) 05/01/2024 ✅4/10: Lovers in a Dangerous Spacetime (40h, PS4, UR) 01/01/2024 ✅5/10: AO Tennis 2 (25h, PS4) 07/02/2024 ✅6/10: Flow (6h, PS4, UR) 01/01/2024 ✅7/10: Dead by Daylight (200h, PS4, UR) 01/01/2024 ✅8/10: Slay the Spire (150h, PS4, UR) 01/01/2024 ✅9/10: The Witness (25h, PS4) 01/01/2024 ✅10/10: Diablo IV (200h, PS5) 01/01/2024 | 1. Checked internet how too raise loyalty and the absolute best way is raising weapon skills but I made pretty much all my units worse the whole playthrough by leveling weapon skills that don't even fit their class. Just because max is nice. I went overboard and it cost me. The loyalty system just felt bad. Hello mate, first of all, congratulation for the PS5 ! And i would ask you, do you have any suggestion for the "Say no more" trophy in Insult Simulator ? Popular Post Rebourne07
& Platinums #293 & #294 - God of War: Ragnarok This is such an incredible game. They built so well on the reboot in story and gameplay. I was enthralled from the beginning to the end. It's so amazing how even the collectibles were thoroughly engrossing because of the conversations and lore. My oldest daughter has been on a mythology kick lately because she discovered Percy Jackson so she watched me play most of this. I'm grateful it's much less violent than the Greek games so she could enjoy watching. Also the Father-Son dialog was nice cause Kratos was spitting some serious parenting facts most of the time so it was cool to have him back me up in some of the conversations I've had with her about the value of hard work and other principles. It was also cool how he'd show weakness and repent and as a father that's an important, and very difficult, skill to master. With this I now have 12 out of 12 God of War platinums. I'll work on Valhalla DLC, but my next game for this challenge will be Final Fantasy IV Pixel Remaster I changed around a few games and badges on list 2 & 3 as well. KillerUni12
@Rebourne07 for SW Battlefront Classic Collection, the PSNP difficulty is listed as 3/10. But the guide lists other possible difficulties (see spoiler below).. is counting this game as a 2-4/10 fair game? Or only 2/10 since that's what's actually listed? Spoiler QUICK NOTE ON ESTIMATED PLATINUM TIME & DIFFICULTY This trophy guide, available for both PS4 & PS5 versions of this game, is made with the general assumption that you will want to use the cheat codes to get the platinum much faster and easier. As a result, the difficulty will be a 2/10 and the estimated hours between 15-20 hours if you choose to use the cheat codes. If you choose not to use the cheat codes, however, the platinum difficulty will otherwise be a 3/10 or 4/10 (based on player skill) and the estimated hours will be much longer, due to the grinding nature of the award ranks and what you will be required to do, which can lead to multiple deaths in the game. Popular Post VersusCA
Another update just a week after my previous one! Three more games in the bag, really starting to run low on the easier/shorter games on the list haha. First up was Galaga. The only real rationale to doing this was it was the shortest game I could find with a 4/10 PSNP difficulty rating. It was fine, I am slightly too young for this era of gaming but it was easy enough using the backup save method. Next I finally finished Tomb Raider III. This was definitely the hardest and most time-consuming of the trilogy but it was super satisfying to get done (alongside our 4th guide for the Remasters!) The fun is not quite over yet, however, as we still need to do the DLCs for TR2 and 3. Finally I finished Rollerdrome. I originally had this slotted as my 4/10 on the PSNP-guide list but honestly it made little sense to keep it there when I could take it as an 8/10 elsewhere instead. The art direction of this game was outstanding and it was a unique experience for sure, definitely one of the better PS+ games. I'm now sitting on 37 completed games. I very much want to hit 40 by the end of the month but it's going to be tough. Probably looking at doing Caravan Stories (if I can ever be bothered to set up the idle lol..), NBA 2k24 PS5, and one of the Resident Evil games. Outlast would be a good shorter option but I am waiting for the DLC to go on sale first. I think my lists are mostly done now. I sacrificed some duplicate badges in order to get faster completion of each unique badge, which I'm good with considering some of you have way more badges planned than I ever did! List 3 (8/10) Spoiler 1 - Caravan Stories 2 - Donut County (1/1/24) 3 - Blood Bowl 3 (PS4) (10/2/24) 4 - Chicken Police (1/1/24) 5 - Rugby World Cup 2015 (1/1/24) 6 - Battlefront II (3/1/24) 7 - Titanfall II (6/1/24) 8 - Rollerdrome (10/4/24) 9 - Doom 3 10 - Vanquish PS3 (14/1/24) New Badges: Grinder, Rebourne Roulette, Whoa List 4 (5/10) Spoiler 7 - Tomb Raider I (16/3/24) 7 - Tomb Raider II (29/2/24) 7 - Birds of Steel (19/1/24) 7 - Arkham Asylum (2/2/24) 7 - Final Fantasy VII 7 - Resident Evil 7 7 - Resident Evil Village 8 - Tomb Raider III (Guide in review queue!) (7/4/24) 9 - Outlast 10 - Resident Evil: Code Veronica New Badges: Brownie Points, Money Bags, Series Master, Mind Blown, Package Deal, Hard Mode List 5 (4/10) Spoiler 1 - Cricket 22 PS5 (6/2/24) 2 - God of Rock PS5 (29/1/24) 3 - Blood Bowl 3 PS5 (5/2/24) 4 - Arcade Game Series: Galaga (5/4/24) 5 - NBA 2k24 PS5 (Unpublished guide) 6 - Ghostrunner 7 - ? Probably something I write. Have a few PS5 RTS games that will likely qualify, like Company of Heroes 3. 8 - ? ProfSeajay7
To be honest, I don't know if I can continue this challenge. After the nightmare that was FFXIV for the PS4, I might have to take an extended hiatus to Eorzea to kick Shiva's @$$ and get into Heavensward as Dawntrail is coming and... OH BY THE TWELVE, IT'S HAPPENING AGAIN, I'M HAVING WAR FLASHBACKS!!! Doesn't help that the next two games I platinumed were POWGI titles. 😭 Yeah, I pretty much can't guarantee any desire to buy the more difficult games on my list so I'll see if I have the stamina to continue and decide whether to pull the plug on this event. After all, I have a few other events I'm working on(Bingo Bonzanza, Spring Backlog, and Kaleidoscope 2024) so I may not have the time, alongside trying to get to Endwalker in FFXIV on my secondary account before June 28th when the early access for Dawntrail drops, to do any difficult platinums. Also, since I can't change my list and people said I should have picked Skul from the free games list as my 10/10 instead of Star Ocean 4, well, that sucks donkey (kweh). I'll double-check what I want to do and I'll send out a post in twelve hours with my verdict. I'm not as good or as patient as some of the giga-chads in this thread that are doing multiple lists, so I wish all of you the best of luck regardless of whether I stay or go, and if I stay, I expect a full support group. (I know this event lasts for several months but I have ten games that need to die soon and were kept in the zombie parlor because of FFXIV: A Realm Reborn. Karma for making it wait 6 months for 999 levequests... Edited April 12 by ProfSeajay7

Star Ocean: The Last Hope -International- is not for the faint of heart. For some reason, people look down on Star Ocean: The Last Hope -International-'s and say it is "not hard, just extremely grindy" (or something), I disagree. If it is so easy, bare in mind the guide on here says 5/10 (which is average, average!), then more people would complete it. It is not a 5/10 and that sways a lot of people into thinking the can be done, no questions asked, and all it is, is a grind. It is way more than that and that is not taking into account of the amount of missables. If you ask me, if the guide labeled the game as an 8/10 or higher, then I would say that is reasonable. I'd hoped I could just load a save at the main decision point so I could quickly complete the last ending I needed (Institute), but I forgot that I played the game on Survival mode, which only uses autosaves. For Hundred Days, it is officially listed as both Hundred Days and Hundred Days - Winemaking Simulator in different places, so I assumed that would be ok (I put the simpler title in the list for convenience's sake.) You can see the full title on the PS Store page, and it's also included as "Other name" on the psnp page. If that isn't ok, lemme know so I can find a replacement.
Popular Post zemiguelreis
UPDATE 3 Hello! 3 months later and 2 more games completed. I did some other games that could probably fit here as well but I think I'll have time to complete the ones I'm missing anyways. Helldivers 2 was a great experience as a trophy hunter. I played with 3 real life friends I didn't even look at the trophy list. I just had fun and only after more than 30 hours and closer to 100 matches played was when I took a look at the trophy list and noticed that I only needed 2 or 3 miscellanous trophies. Star Wars: Squadrons is mainly an online experience. Definitely grindy and took almost 100 hours but I still enjoyed it because I'm a big Star Wars fan. The platinum will get way harder as the time passes because it's not easy to find matches. ✅ 1/10: Grim Fandango (PSNProfiles, 13h, PS4/PSV) ✅ 2/10: Life is Strange: True Colors (PSNProfiles, 6h, PS5) ❌ 3/10: Horizon Zero Dawn (PSNProfiles, 40h, PS4, +3 DLCs), at 2% completion ✅ 4/10: Resogun (PlatPrices, 10h, PS3/PSV) ❌ 5/10: Rage (PSNProfiles, 25h, PS3, +1 DLC), at 9% completion ✅ 6/10: Helldivers 2 (PSNProfiles, 55h, PS5) ✅ 7/10: Star Wars: Squadrons (PSNProfiles, 85h, PS4) ✅ 8/10: OlliOlli World (PlatPrices, 40h, PS5, +2 DLCs) ✅ 9/10: Trials Rising (PlatPrices, 100h, PS4, +2 DLCs) ✅ 10/10: Hi-Fi Rush (XboxAchievs, 75h, PS5, +1 DLC) Edit: Also completed Hi-Fi Rush since it's accepted as a 10/10. Personally I would give it like a 7 in terms of difficulty. It's not as hard as some people say, but it's definitely grindy. Some runs get a little repetitive but it's a good training if you are going to do the DLC. Took me between 60-70 hours to 100%. Definitely a good 10/10 game for this challenge. Popular Post Shyjun
I completed a second list! Well technically, it is the one I called list 3 all this time but since I completed it before list 2 I am gonna swap them. The two games that I played this time were TMNT Shredder's Revenge and Monster Boy and the Cursed Kingdom. I had been eyeing to play those games for a long time and I am so glad I finally did as they were both so good and enjoyable. While I can understand why some people would rate TMNT difficulty high, I found the no hit final boss trophy not that tedious as I am used to this kind of boss combat and it was so much fun mastering the patterns to succeed. A very fun game that I will add on my list of couch coop games when I have friends over as it is easy to get into and quick mindless fun. As for Monster Boy, I played the remake of Wonder Boy when it released in 2017 and it hits that nostalgia vibe really well with some memorable music themes in common. A very enjoyable and quite simple kind of Metroidvania, albeit it becomes harder at some point and some puzzles are really not easy to solve. If you have an itch for the genre I really recommend trying this game. I will most likely complete Final Fantasy VIII next. I already spent my first hour of the game robbing the academy clerk of all his cards lol List 2 (10/10): Badges highlighted are the new ones. A total of 15 badges on this list and 10 new unique! Haven't had much free time to dedicate to the challenge of late, my niece being off school for 2 weeks and being sick didn't help. I have made progress on Resident Evil 4 Remake on the PlayStation 4, I finished my first playthrough whilst grabbing the collectibles and completing all the merchants requests. At the time of writing, I'm on my second playthrough at the start of chapter 9. If I'm being completely honest for the last month I've had this itch to play Batman Arkham Knight on the PlayStation 4. Regrettably, I couldn't find a single guide that rated the base game high enough to fit it into my list. Only the DLC Community Challenge pack is rated high enough. After careful consideration, I've decided to push RE4 Remake to one side for the foreseeable future, and focus my attention on a new project. Don't worry, I'll have RE4 as a side project as I become the Batman, protecting the streets of Gotham! My only saving grace is I'm close to completing the Hardcore badge at the time of writing, so I have plenty of time to complete the challenge. Finally I've decided to write a google doc for my Road to 100% of Batman Arkham Knight which will probably be published on PSNP at some point, provided I can clear it of course, cheers!
