But then again, it wouldn't be 10/10 if a game wasn't painful, tedious, and soul crushing. I mean, there's a thread on this board focused on the game I listed, Star Ocean 4, and in that you have to grind out painful soul crushing battle trophies for every character, even the ones you hate.

Popular Post x410xDragon
Badges I will be eligible for based on my list (once completed): Fresh Starter - all the games PS4 Master - Star Ocean: The Last Hope -International-, Final Fantasy II, Hollow Knight, Star Ocean: First Departure R, Star Ocean: Til the end of time, Omega Quintet Series Conqueror - Star Ocean Above and Beyond - Star Ocean: The Last Hope -International-, Omega Quintet My 9/10 will most likely be Hollow Knight - due to...Hollow Knight; however, I am not sure as of yet as NG Sigma has been something I've neglected for years. If I do change it, however, then this badge can be added: Award Winner - Hollow Knight I will keep looking through the initial post to see if any more badges can be added to my list. Badges I have earned: Brownie Points - Final Fantasy II 17 hours ago, Rebourne07 said: Lol I can guarantee you that Dissidia NT is more painful, more tedious, more soul crushing than any other game you’ve ever done before. I'm becoming a fanboy of Final Fantasy games having platinumed all six Pixel Remasters and I'm fine with grinding for treasures as long as I get to play every Final Fantasy character(since I love FFXIV and am waiting for Dawntrail). Not saying that Star Ocean 4 is going to be a chore, but... I'm not as into the Star Ocean series as the only one I completed was Star Ocean: Second Story. (I might try to do the Second Story R as I really enjoyed "Tear into Peaches!" ) Star Ocean: The Last Hope -International- is a game that you have to be dedicated to as their are tons of missables. Not entirely sure what the developers were on, but you can tell they wanted people to suffer. Popular Post zaxonzaxon
Completed Rollerdrome for 8/10 on my second list. I was initially not expecting to use this for this event, as it's rated at 4/10 on psnp and that slot is waaay overcrowded already. After I started playing it, though, I looked around to see what other ratings it might have, and holy hell -- this thing is listed at 3 and 8 and everywhere in between. Turns out the game is in fact quite hard, but includes cheat codes "assist mode" for games journalists people who are turned off by hard games. I had a slot open on list 2 for 8/10, and I decided that if I was going to use that I would 100% avoid the assists. (I have too much cheating on my lists already as it is. 😑) Well, I can say I'm REALLY glad I made that decision. This game was absolutely exhilarating, and the difficulty had one of the most satisfying, buttery-smooth learning curves I think I've ever experienced. It's very easy to pick up and get into, then pushes you with constant difficulty spikes that never feel unfair or impossible -- just keep playing, and your brain and fingers will adapt to the new levels of speed and chaos. (And with how fun the core gameplay is, "just keep playing" is a very easy proposition.) Overall a really satisfying plat, and very highly recommended to anyone who still hasn't tried it yet. As for the rating: I thought 8/10 was going to be overrated at first, but in the end I think it's actually pretty reasonable. The challenges in the Out for Blood campaign (basically new game+ where everything is turned up to 11) are legit, and some of them took me hours to finish (lookin' at you, Barbican Arena time trial). I'd probably put this at a 7.5 personally, though Difficulty Elitists™ might consider it a 6 based on how forgiving the aiming and combo systems are. I have a lot of trouble finding good 8s (partially because I use overrated guides to turn all the 8s into 9s and 10s lol), so this was a nice bit of serendipity. Rollerdrome is great for it too, because it gives you the challenge without being too long or stressful.

Popular Post Shyjun
@Thedah Congrats on FF VII Rebirth! I still have not finished the base game but I can already guess why it is so highly rated difficulty wise. You are a mad man to have 100% it so early. Glad you seem to have enjoyed it as much as I do so far! @zaxonzaxon Those combo score challenges on "Out for Blood" mode for Rollerdrome are nothing to laugh at, well done on your achievement! While playing FF VII Rebirth, I have completed two more very short games on the side for my minesweeper list: - The Messenger as my 6/10. I had already played the game last year and completed most of the trophies except two for which I needed to start a new playthrough. I got the motivation to do it and it only took me around 2 hours. A really fun platformer to play and the soundtrack is so cool it is a pleasure to play the game again. - The Gardens Between as my 1/10. The first one is a hidden gem in my opinion. As I love puzzle solving, this game was really relaxing and amazing experience. I have to admit that developers made a really good use of the Unity engine. As a huge fan of Tomb Raider games I higly recommend giving a chance to it. In case of A Plague Tale: Innocence... it was just a big wow to me! Great story driven game with really amazing story about sibling that have to gain trust in each other to survive the plague. Some scenes (I won't spoiler anything) were really heartbreaking for me... Also I really liked the fact that collectibles were not put in the game out of nowhere, only to be a stupid shit that everyone would be annoyed to gather. In this game I had a feeling that collectibles add something more to the story, such as Hugo's flowers and gifts for the orphans. Also some of the curiosities could give you a point how world looked like before the plague. It was a great journey watching how Amicia and Hugo were becoming more trustful and careful about each other. I really regret I didn't give this game a go earlier... but well, better late than never! Can't wait to play the sequel. Now I'm into getting my 100th platinum trophy - TLOU Part 1, as it's the game that had a huge impact on me, my life and how I see the world now. To be honest, few years back I didn't expect that I'll get to the point where I am now, so I want this platinum to be really special to me. Have a great day everyone!

I love this game - despite the RNG and stress inducing game play. I've had it on my profile since starting it in Nov 2017. I'd completed everything except a Stygian difficulty run and survive a boss with one hero alive. For anyone who knows the game my last surviving Highwayman finished off the final boss while he was on zero health and having survived 3 Deaths Door checks. I'm now off to the Tavern to de-stress 😀 9

Since my last update I've managed to wrap up both Wipeout Omega collection and Nioh 2 so I can pop both of those platinum trophies in around 20 minutes. I've started my journey through Resident Evil 4 Remake on the PlayStation 4. I haven't done as much as I would like because I've been sick for the past fortnight and I'm only just starting to feel better. My goal for the month is to try and wrap up RE4 Remake and hopefully start my next project whatever that may be. As far as RE4 Remake is concerned I've just finished chapter 10, still a while before I complete my initial playthrough. I have tried the Mercenaries mode and its fun to play which is what Mercenaries should be, but its too easy compared to RE5.
