VeldinX Posted February 3, 2017 Share Posted February 3, 2017 For the Securicar the easiest way is to wait until the Donald Love mission "Escort Service". They spawn everywhere on that mission. If you're passed that point though then you'll just have to find one in a random traffic spawn I'm afraid. They're most commonly seen on Staunton Island. Try driving around in a police car or Enforcer (SWAT van) perhaps? As for the "F*cking Flatbed" (as it's more commonly known ) it's a very rare spawn so good luck! Try driving a Barracks OL around the north of Staunton Island (Fort Staunton, Aspatria) or around Chinatown in Portland. The Barracks OL can be found at Phil Cassidy's place. totallycrushed Posted February 3, 2017 Share Posted February 3, 2017 I drove Barracks OL back and forth past Callahan Bridge and Punk Noodles. That big road on Portland. Flatbed spawned almost instantly. Briste Posted June 5, 2017 Share Posted June 5, 2017 The very last mission in the game "The Exchange" also has several flatbeds present at the damn. You can fail the last mission on purpose and drive away with one of the flatbeds if you want a guaranteed spawn of it or you can beat the mission and hopefully they didn't explode in the battle. I failed the mission on purpose to get it personally just so that I didn't have to depend on RNG and waste time driving back and forth. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I pulled up last night or the night before and forgot to hit pause, I was watching some YouTube on my laptop and looked up and saw a flatbed go by and nearly shit myself. I know it's been two years now, but I'm doing this platinum now and this worked like a charm. Pulled over near the stadium (seaside road) in the Barracks OL and after 10-15 mins the Flatbed came down the road. Stole it and finally completed the Portland import export garage. JWill_55 Posted August 5, 2021 Share Posted August 5, 2021 (edited) I can confirm the stadium is the place to be driving the Baracks OL for the flatbed / trash truck / bus / securi-car / limo. I can also confirm Me Whoopee can be found in Portland doing a firefighter missions.. came to me at about 16:00 in Chinatown which was about my 5th fire. oh btw.. on second import garage , you’ll find a lot of the cars needed drive past it if you hang out the front of it.
