ESRB rates Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories and Vice City Stories, Max Payne 2, and Midnight Club 3 for PS4

There was no DLC on PS1, but they were expansion packs.  But on PS1 you actually needed GTA1 to play London. But they are both for GTA1.

I believe they also rated a Max Payne 3 PS4 version a while back as well, that would be cool ?

Yep, expansions for the first game. Which is still kind of DLC by today's standards. But i would hope they release those games for PS4 in the near future!

Fun fact: if you started GTA London on PS1 with a cheating device such as Atomic/Action Replay or whatever, you could skip the disc change window.

There's also another version, mine's labelled "Collector's Edition" of London on PS1 that boots without GTA 1 at all, which is cool. 

 

Standalone DLC in it's infancy.
