It seemed to save all the trophy progress, so potentially, you could get all popping at the same time completely legit. I had to reboot the game for the trophies to continue to pop. It went completely off the rails, so much so that it froze a "pop", and even outside the game it showed the trophy "pop" message. I had to reboot the console, and it "crashed" (beeped) while turning it off. Not a pretty shutdown to get that message away. When I restarted the console, the pop messages continued to show up, yes outside the game.
