Developed by WayForward (Silent Hill: Book of Memories, BloodRayne: Betrayal), it’s expected to release on the PlayStation Network for PS3 in summer. DuckTales Remastered follows Scrooge McDuck as he explores different worlds, trying to collect their treasures and become the world’s richest duck. This updated version sees enhanced gameplay, a tutorial level, Scrooge McDuck’s Museum where you can track and compare your stats with other people through global leaderboards, improved graphics with hand-drawn and animated sprites, and better sound. Some voice actors from the cartoon TV series will also make an appearance in the game, with the songs being given a “modern twist.” Here’s the trailer, which starts out funny, then gets sing-y: Hm...this looks decent enough, seeing as I haven't played the NES game, and loved the cartoon as a kid (still love the theme song) What's with all of these blasts from the past all of a sudden? Capcom should make a collection (similar to the Sega one) and release this game, chip 'n dale, darkwing duck, mickey mousecapade and talespin.
