Most of it doesn't look terrible, but the main things would probably be all the collectibles and three star all events. If it's not always on, you could probably cloud save with the handling parts and pick whatever's appropriate. MP seems to be participation only and collectibles don't really bother me (there'll be a vid guide sooner or later). The only thing that's concerning is getting 3-star rating in all activities. If cops are as agressive as trailer shows maybe getting a million points in a night will be hard. The tiers concept without speed cards seems weird. Billboards confirmed, graffiti decals too. However, I found an easy way to cheese it by simply spinning out for 4-6k, reversing a little bit, driving a little bit over where I last spun out, did another spin out for 4-6k, and then repeated this until I had enough points for Gold.
