There are also people here who say Aliens Colonial Marines and Homefront Revolution are good games so I take peoples taste on these forums with a great pinch of salt lol
Valkirye22
Everyone can at least agree they'd enjoy a sequel to [any game]/[a good new game] if it's actually good. For 1886 I wouldn't be against the interesting lore possibilities and setting - but it needs writing, and it needs actual gameplay and content. I bought it for €70 and platinumed it in 16hrs without even trying.. larger part of those was a second collectible run following a guide. Was 'lucky' enough to sell it for €35 in a few days. Haven't seen a game crash so hard in a long time. It just wasn't 'a game' more like an extended demo.
GravityQueeen
I bought The Order: 1886 on launch and I still got my copy. I liked it a lot. Would love a sequel.
andrehunter
If Days Gone is not getting one, i doubt this game that i did indeed enjoy would get it.

They likely mean how the main emphasis was on the graphics being 'photo realistic', while everything else in the game is pretty dull or industry standard gameplaywise. For a PS4 launch title the graphics do still hold up, but thats the only thing The Order 1886 still has going for it. As others have said - it feels less like a game and more of a paid for tech-demo. starcrunch061
I can't remember the first thing about this game, except a vague image of a character shuffling through papers over and over on a table. Seriously. I played it. I platted it. And I don't think I hated it. But I just can't remember any of it.

Martain2
I paid £5 for 1886 and got my money back a few weeks later, it was worth that at least but I would have been pissed if i'd paid full price on release.
