In most cases, those trophy thumbnails are set in stone and need a manual update from the dev to see a change in the API. Not the trophy thumbnail but I mean the New Thumbnail Image: The small image that usually has a game’s logo or name may be changed someday after the list has been added to the site. The Break devs had an issue with Taco Break (?), or one of them anyway, where the image submitted was incorrect and couldn't be updated afterwords. Other games that have had new icons have also been unable to update.
