With Persona 3 Portable and Persona 4 Golden coming out on PS4 in four days, I need to get this stupid LEGO game finished before then so I can decide whether to get Persona 3 Portable. I got a couple of trophies and finally completed all of the sectors except the one with Naboo, so I have my work cut out for me. I did most of Pasaana and all of D'jar, but Naboo is the bane of my existence. I also completed a trophy for donning 25 disguises because I didn't do that yet, because I needed the Threed Guard disguise to activate a godforsaken shooting gallery. I swear, it took me six tries to get gold on that gallery! But I will perserve. I'm almost at 1100/1200 Kyber Bricks and just have to 100% the Free Play for Episodes 7-9, but Last Jedi has an annoying level with TWO Stealth challenges, and the guide I was using told me to use Vader, but unfortunately his aura of fear makes everyone hostile. I hate Dark Side characters. ?

It is as classic Assassin`s Creed as it gets. Ezio is as charming as ever, Rome is a atmospheric location and the game has it`s usual problems with the controls (No Ezio, when I press forward you should to go forward and don`t to climb up the facade to the right), busywork and filler (104 banner to collect, guild missions). Two things that I didn`t know how much I missed about the Desmond A C`s until I played it again were the sarcastic history comments from Shaun, which get more than one chuckle out of me and the subject 16 riddles (which were better in 2). Subject 16 is as if Alex Jones has an doctor in history and they let him write an entire optional side quest about what went really down in history (this time with a focus on the elite (and Abstergo) controls the working class). I would kill a templar to see something like this for the time period from 2010 (release of Brotherhood ) to current year, presented in the same form (only as a side quest that has not much to do with the main story). I also played a bit of Anno: Mutationem and I think I`m halfway through the story at this point.
Popular Post cstanci
Update time! Finished Far Cry 3 Classic and absolutely loved it. I know why people love Vaas so much - what an amazing character. Hoyt was good but...overshadowed because Vaas was SO good. I am sad to leave Jason Brody behind but I will always have the memories. Especially farming flamethrower kills at the end for 50 and just watching those pirates roast. I guess I need to add a game. ADDING Valiant Hearts: The Great War. The "Real Gamer" on Celeste is STILL driving me insane. 1. Celeste - 97% 2. Goosebumps: The Game - 100% 3. Far Cry 3 Classic - 100% 4. Black Death: A Tragic Dirge - 100% 5. Popular Post iXanon
(Not much of an) Update #6 I got somewhat distracted by what to unlock for my 4000th trophy last week, since I tend to try and make any milestones a platinum if I remember to do so.. So I did get another platinum, but it wasn't on the list for this event since it wasn't eligible.. Tomb Raider: Legend (PS3). Beating the England time trial was the key to it really, which allowed use of the Bulletproof cheat. From there the remaining Time Trials and Hard mode were relatively smooth sailing. I've also been distracted by Overcooked (PS4) which is great fun and have been playing through it with my OH. Oh, right.. You want to know about event progress. Well, there's been a little. A few trophies from Jak II (PS3) and a single unlock from Birdcakes (PS4). The latter was so very nearly another platinum and completion to be posting about, but alas it wasn't to be.. I reached the final boss for the first time and took down the first part, but died before I was able to take down the second part and ultimately finish the game. I tried a handful of times straight afterwards to reach the final boss again, dying on the level before in my last effort.. Painful. Assassin's Creed Brotherhood (PS4) - 25% BirdCakes (PS4) - NEW > 28% > 65% > 74% Driver: San Francisco (PS3) - 32% > 34% > 51% > 67% > 100% Duke Nukem Forever (PS3) - 37%* Heavy Rain (PS3) - 11% Jak II (PS3) - 18% > 28% Sephirothic Stories (PS4) - 5% > 100% Watch Dogs (PS4) - 29% > 38% > 41% > 87%

CSI: Fatal Conspiracy - 0% (PS3) Official Challenge Update 3 And A Quater: Frostpunk Platinum/100% Is Coming Home (Probably) Typically it's not good form to post official updates for just two trophies. But this is Frostpunk, and any progress really constitutes an update. So I'm spreading my 3rd update out just like coal management on survivor/extreme difficulty. So welcome to my official challenge update 3 and a quarter, and it's a huge one.... The Refugees scenario on survivor is done. Those familiar with the game will know what that means but, for those who don't. It means the back of the plat/100% is broken. How difficult was it for me? Not really that difficult. My biggest problem I had was the requisite focus and concentration I needed for successfully doing it was being used for attending to personal matters. But I'm as result of that no longer ranting or raving about stuff that is not for this thread, or the forum at large. Mental health problems are difficult, and I'm not the kind of person that likes to blame others for them, hate other people, or just simply burden others with them. Just like I am ultimately responsible for my mental health and those it can affect, so does the responsibility of doing Frostpunk fall on to me and, no one else to do (unless you are one of those weirdos that pays others to do trophies for you). Let It Coal, Let It Coal (AKA Frostpunk - A Frozen Business Degree In Coal Management) It would not be a 19th century steam punk game if coal wasn't the centre of the entire economic universe the game lives in. On survivor/extreme your consumption of coal is exponentially increased over hard difficulty. If you aren't familiar with this increased consumption, well your experience is probably going to go something like this. You think you had a good day of gathering coal, 300 units, switch on the overdrive, and settle in for a quite night. You then watch in horror as your coal ticker drops so fast you could cut diamonds with it. Your generator packs in/shuts down, the heaters in your medical tents go off, everyone gets frostbite and starts dying off in droves. If you somehow managed to survive that, you've got a two day warning for discontent, or hope which you have no hope of fixing on survivor/extreme. Here are your messages, Captain. You have two days to move discontent to 75%, hope has now been crushed into a single cube, your laws have been impounded, you now have 30 in game minutes to move your hope up too 15 cubes. Hello, Captains office? Is about my cube of hope? No, you are now banished. You must become the king of steam if you are to survive The Refugees scenario is essentially on survivor/extreme the ultimate test of your coal management skills, and development of your coal economy in general. While also dealing with usual stuff you have to mirco manage, but on an even more microscopic level. This is the night of day 6/7 when the temperature drops to minus 50 degrees Celsius (58 Fahrenheit)....... Gathering posts hugging the outside of the inner ring without steamhubs as so not to completely tank my coal economy. The one steamhub I have at this point in the scenario is in the north of with my first steel mill. The north of the map also offers much more open space for getting tents down. Of course, without the steamhubs, the gathering posts are operating in cold conditions, and with the generator also only at steam level 1 on overdrive. With your homes also chilly this could prove to be a recipe for rapid discontent to set in, which is why I had 3 medical tents (5 engineers in 2 of them, 3 in the other tent) to balance things out. Meanwhile I've got scout heading back with the supplies from the all might Canning Workshop location. You micro manage to the max, slowly, carefully, and with a lot of pre planning. This is where you will be by the end of scenario after telling the lords piss off.... And it's a great feeling to reach that point. For some Refugees on survivor/extreme might be their idea of strategy hell. For me this was a heck of a lot of fun. The combination of micro management plus the the scripted events of the scenario which sees wave, after wave (10 to be exact) of refugees to your city, which you also have to micro manage in as well. This is all makes for some top tier strategy gaming. Some of these waves of refugees will also yell at you about other groups of survivors that are trapped out in Frostland you have to save. I say have to, as the guide saids you can fail the first main objective. Well, actually, you can't I believe. You can fail in not having 250 people alive, but not fail in at least rescuing the groups out in Frostland. While I know you can't leave them to their fate, I'm not sure if you can just send them to the city rather than escort for it to count as a rescue. I found these survivor groups more useful alive than dead in completing this scenario. The guide also has some other nonsense about you can do Refugees on survivor with only tents.... Look, I tried watching these Survivor, No Death, No Child Labour, No Soup ect ect videos, but I get bored of most gameplay videos for any game after 5 minutes, if that. I like to play a game, not watch it. Maybe it's possible with some upgrade path that factors in early overdrive couplings. I however preferred just playing it safe with the bunkhouse. And then, eventually, overdrive couplings. To round this update off, the award for citizen in Frostpunk I'd most like to banish, boil alive on a steam vent, harvest their body for organs to heal the sick, or just punch in the jaw. Goes to this bloke and his nonchalant shit eating troll face.... Back to Frostland for me. Hope everyone is well, and I'm enjoying reading all your updates when I can. I haven't really gotten much done in terms of trophies mostly because I've been having so much fun with the substories and side stuff in Yakuza 0. I am at 58/60 for Kiryu and close to knocking out the Pleasure King for Real Estate Royale. I also still haven't decided on my swap for inFAMOUS, but since Y0 is such a time consuming game, it'll probably be something short. Outside of the challenge I've been working on Overcooked, but am struggling to get the 3-stars on maps by myself. Hopefully can get some of that done with my friend as I am off work on Monday. 1. Now working on the Majima side of things before continuing the story. Decided to swap inFAMOUS with Psychonauts and started working on that. Don't plan on using another swap unless I reach a point where I can't complete Yakuza 0 for some reason. But I don't think I'll be able to even start on World of Final Fantasy and get it done by the end of February and this is not a leap year. But I finally got rid of the Rancor Beast that is LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga... for the PS4 as least, and good riddance to horrible rubbish. The game crashed FOUR TIMES during my journey and there was so much terrible lag(especially in Coruscant which is a bustling city) that I feel like the PS4 has taken the place of the PS3 as the inferior model with LEGO titles. Still, I finally managed to get it done: It went up to 85% after I finished every last damn level challenge and collected every minikit. (Someone gave a hint on a way to make the C3P-Oh No! level challenges doable, as two of them are godforsaken STEALTH MISSIONS. (I don't really like stealth, I got my fill of it after the Sly Cooper gang.) Then it went up to 95% after I cleared every task in Naboo, getting 100% completion in all planets. And I finally finished the last galaxy challenge with the Wandering Wookie. You don't need 100% ships which is good because I'd rather go to Rapture in a nuclear explosion than have to try to locate the remaining three Capital Ships(Venonator, Executor and Fulminatrix). (Nevermind, I need to unlock Executor as there was a Wandering Wookie there.) ? Yeah, I know that was too dramatic but seriously, it's good they don't make you hunt those space warships because they are insane. Also good that you don't need 100% Kyber Bricks either as 1163 is enough to get every class upgraded. But regardless, I finally did this... Now I have to complete the same task for the Playstation 5 version of this title. I don't think I'll do any more games, I'm done with this event. I have so much to work on with the Kaledioscope event and Bingo Bonanza, and I might rejoin in the Spring 2023 Backlog event. But this was a great event and pushed me to do some of the games I planned like Dark Cloud 2, which is going to be my rarest platinum. I'll take the next month off, and hope the rest of you do well too! Games Finished: 9 / 10 Edited January 17, 2023 by Taruta13

The trophies kind of slow down after the initial rush, but now I'm on the verge of unlocking a bunch of them again. I should be able to finish the Normal playthough and get all the endings, side quests, and skills tonight / tomorrow. And I already have most of the side quests done at S Rank so getting the "all S rank" trophy shouldn't take too long with fully upgraded and powered weapons. Then it's just a matter of grinding out the SSS proficiency, but I've got most of the weapons at C rank so that should only be a couple podcasts-worth of grinding to finish up. The Hard and Valkyrie difficulty playthroughs will take the longest, but should go much quicker when I'm not worried about finding every collectible and skill. Right now the plan is to finish VE this week, then take care of Signalis and Onimusha next week. If I can pull that off, then I'll be in decent shape going into February. It's cool seeing people finishing up their lists already. Keep up the good play! Popular Post KimBongUn420
Update 3: #164: Ruined King: A League of Legends Story Difficulty: 5/10 Enjoyment: 5/10 Grind: 4/10 As a long-time LoL player I really wanted to like this game. There are a lot of things this game does right: the graphics are great for an isometric game, most of the dialogue is fully voiced, the production value of the story is arguably better than most AAA games these days, and the story does everything it needs to do without dragging. The game is a perfect length, and the different characters are all fun to play. However, that's where most of the positives end. This game has many flaws, but its deepest is that it is a technical disaster - not quite Cyberpunk 2077 level, but not too far off. The game crashed on me 3 times, and while that doesn't sound bad, the number of times I had to reload saves to get out of technical glitches easily topped 20 times. Quest objectives don't update on the tracker, the hitbox on the R2 abilities in open world is seemingly at random, and worst of all...so...many...loading...screens. The loading screens in this game would put PS2 games to shame. Every transition is between a 5-30 second loading screen, which is completely inexcusable for a PS4 game that was designed to run on the Switch. It's absurdly bad. One glitch even had Illaoi coming out of a fishing animation, T-posing around the map with her fishing pole, and all of the menus had disappeared. This game has gotten 8 patches btw. Also, while the characters are fun to play, Heroic difficulty (which is required for the platinum) is a bizarre roller coaster of difficulty spikes. Most of the early bosses are really terribly designed, because they require you to beat the boss using a specific character set with specific abilities in turn. For a turn-based RPG, this is as anti-fun as it gets. Later in the game, certain champions become so overpowered that the boss fights become trivial. I will say, the boss fights later in the game are very well designed and would be a great challenge if your characters weren't so OP. My last major issue is the fishing minigame. It's such an afterthought that it screams "every great JRPG has this so we had to add it," almost as if it's a joke or running gag. The fishing requires you to catch all of the rare fish for the platinum, but there's no indication you've caught a rare fish for over half of the entries. You have to go into your fishing log after a session and hope that the one you wanted showed up. The log therefore is almost completely useless, other than telling you where you might catch a particular rare fish. And even those entries still have inaccuracies. This game could have been really good, but like most things Riot puts their hands into, it came out as a half-assed effort in desperate need of more polish. Can't recommend this game, unless it's on deep discount, and even then I'm not sure it's worth the platinum. 4/10 overall. Progress: More minor progress on Mirror's Edge Catalyst. I think this will end up being the next platinum I get done. Managed to get my PS4 save loaded as a NG+ for the PS5 version of The Witcher 3, so I'm making my way through it. The NG+ play through is from scratch so I still have to run through the whole game for the platinum. Finally obtained the Three Legendary Cars trophy for GT7. Plans for Next Week: work has been really rough the past 2 weeks so not sure how much I'll get done. Won't set any firm targets this week. work on Mirror's Edge work on WRC 9 List: GoW Ragnarok [PS5] - 8% Atelier Sophie DX (Dec 12) Mirror's Edge Catalyst - 7% -> 13% The Witcher 3 [PS5] - 7% -> 15% Ruined King: A League of Legends Story - 10% -> (Jan 3) WRC 9 [PS5] - 50% Games Completed: 2/6 Trophies: 149/307 (48.5%) Swaps: 1/3 Additional Games (not part of the challenge) Gran Turismo 7 [PS5] - 74% -> 77% Assassin's Creed Unity - 69%

Popular Post viech54
Update #18 Ys VIII: Lacrimosa of Dana: 0% -> 2% -> 8% -> 51% -> 95% -> 100% Doki Doki Literature Club Plus (PS5): https://psnprofiles.com/trophies/13292-doki-doki-literature-club-plus 0% Crystar: 0% -> 29% -> 50% -> 82% -> 100% Tales of Arise: 0% -> 4% -> 8% -> 14% -> 17% -> 27% -> 52% -> 100% Moons of Madness: 0% -> 48% -> 100% Crystal Defenders: 0% -> 35% -> 80% -> 100% Swaps used: 0/3 Ys VIII: Lacrimosa of Dana: Got the platinum trophy after completing the true ending on Nightmare difficulty. I don't like unskippable cutscenes. Not all of them are, but enough for me to notice it and find it annoying. This is my 8th playthrough of the game across all version I played and I just experienced the story on my 7th playthrough, really didn't need to see these scenes again only a few days after my previous playthrough. But it's done now. I'll probably take a break or take it slow for the rest of the week (or at least for a day or two) and spend time on my other hobbies instead. Then I'll start DDLC+ and will get it done this month. Edited January 17, 2023 by viech54

Popular Post Bumperklever
Update #6 I was delaying this so that I had something to actually report on. I just finished babylon's fall, so that is one more finished in the books. That means I still have my OG 5 left, were I already swapped 1, but I like to swap another to utilize the power of the vita. Mainly to play into this challenge more efficiently. So I was looking through my list and decided that I want to finish .... Conga master Go... most people will be like what, but I still have this open in my account. It isnt overly hard or anything but sure that is a game that I would like to finish, but isnt overly long and impossible for me to do in this timeframe and it was actually a good time, but eh I just stopped in between.. I will swap it in for Ratchet deadlocked, which unfortunately will take a back seat again My current plan will be to first plat Driver san Fransisco and then continue to the dreadnought grind that game. But in regards to the game I played and finished. Babylon's fall The real question is, was it as bad as people make it to be? Well not quite, but it isn't good either. It's mediocre, but you can still get enjoyment out of it. Do note I only played for the plat, so I can't go indepth to how far looters go. But my opinion in general is that: The graphics are awfull, the story is dull and forgetable. I found the portret cutscenes to be the worst way of storytelling I found yet in a game. A lot of systems and loadouts can be considered overpowered. mainly fast sword + strong hammer on spectral. 2 bows with charge attacks on spectral. A spam loadout will cause carpal tunnel syndrome. The whole mission structure is just getting from A to B with 4-5 fights in between. The 'platforming' is just crap and seems more like an afterthought to mix up all those combat arena's, would have been nice if they utilized it a bit more. While enemies are different, 99% just feel samey. The weapons can offer some well needed variety. The combat is 'limited', but fluent and can definently require some skills to get it 100% correct. It's very statisfying if you are with your back against the wall. The most fun I had in this game is when I had a bad loadout and were I was constantly dodging blocking countering. Like actually playing the game. While I think the enemy bosses are spongy, they did also provided a good amount of challenge. The end game looks as far as I can see to be decent enough to be playing this for an extended time and it would only get better since it was to be a live service game. Lastly there is not a lot of music in this game, but it is definently underappreciated. Especially talons of antares, dragoon's pride, A heart Unhoned. Still, I think the game is worth a playthrough, it takes roughly 40 hours to plat. You will play through the main campaign, will grind levels to reach the end game and then do a bit of end game content. Do note, its getting shut in the end of february. Current progress Babylon's Fall (PS5): 14% -> 15% -> 37% -> 60% -> 100% Call Of Duty Modern Warfare 2 (PS3): 14% Driver: San Fransisco (PS3): 30% Far Cry 2 (PS3): 37% -> Dreadnought (PS4): 45% Front Mission: Evolved (PS3): 23% Medal Of Honor (PS3): 0% -> 67% -> 75% -> 97% -> 100% Medal Of Honor: Warfighter (PS3): 0% -> 15% -> 55% -> 100% Ratchet Deadlocked (PS3): 32% -> Conga master Go! (PSVita) 27%

God of War Ragnarok - 3. TLOU Part 1 - 4. A Plague Tale Requiem - 5. Gris - 6. Goat Simulator 3 - 7. Final Fantasy VII Remake - 28% -> 34% 8. Lego Star Wars The Skywalker Saga - 11% 9. Biomutant - 10. Sonic Frontiers - 0% -> 27% Started Sonic Frontiers. It's about as meh as I was expecting. The little minigames are alright. Overall I don't get the point of it but my bf has been enjoying it. I've been mostly ignoring my other games and I actually started my entire unplayed backlog so everything is loaded onto my trophy list. This has been something I've been wanting to do for a while and I finally did it. Whether or not I start swapping some games in remains to be seen. Don't swap out LEGO Star Wars The Skywalker Saga!!! I can assure you that while level challenges and collectibles are tough, it's possible to do it. I already proved that. Also, it's a fun nod of the Star Wars series. If you need help with collectibles, I know a happy guy who has made guides for getting 100% in every planet and Free Play mode. Check out HappyThumbsGaming, he's helped me get through all of the LEGO games like Harry Potter and Jurassic Park. URL:
Popular Post neospoon
Update #4 - Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell Blacklist - 100% (282) - Hitman - 100% ☑️ - Stray - 100% (278) - MediEvil - 100% (280) - Final Fantasy VII Remake - 34% Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell Blacklist - 100% Great game! I did the multiplayer a year ago before the “shutdown” only to figure out I forgot to get the collectibles in the 4 coop missions. Somehow for whatever reason the online coop part still works. And luckily there was a hardcore player running through all the missions. I managed to grab the few collectibles I missed and went on with the rest of the campaign. This was a good next game after Hitman, and I might continue with some more stealthy games! Anyway it’s done and I’m happy about it! Final Fantasy VII Remake - 34% So I guess I have the rest of the challenge to try and finish FFVIIR. I’m not really sure if I should try and get it done as I don’t want to rush the game. I might swap it for Dead Space 3(17%) as I think that will be a lot faster to get the 100% on. MISC. Beside these games I also finished The Crew 2 which is a lot worse compared to the first one. It was not part of the challenge, but it was a challenge Another real challenge will be trying to beat all the historic events with gold on MotoGP19. If I can make that happen I’ll be done with hard challenges for the rest of the year Anyway that’s it for now. Keep the updates coming and have fun!
