XPerienced trophy bugged?

Follow Ricki's from Sept 23rd. You will have to unlink from 2K, uninstall, delete saves, reinstall, and start from scratch unless you have a save from when you were level 29.

Just got the trophy, I made sure I got the last needed XP from a collectible and it popped immediately.

Damn, I wish I had read this before playing the game. My trophy didn’t pop but by the time I had read this thread my cloud save had already happened, so now looks like I’m facing another play through to get to level 30 again.

The trophy guide on this site didn’t really explain the seriousness of the glitch at all.

It really should be highlighted at the top of the guide as a warning to hit level 30 in the open world and not in a race event and to also backup save before hitting 30.

My trophy is bugged as well, please make a bug report to increase attention for this issue - so it will get fixed asap.

I reached lvl 30 just now but no trophy.

This hasn't been fixed in the latest update? I'll make sure to backup my save file before reaching level 30 then.

I contacted 2k and they told me to clear my cache…..it didn’t work

If you're quick to catch the trophy not popping, you might be able to load the save data from the cloud that hasn't synced yet. That's how I was able to get the trophy without starting a completely new playthrough.

I know the topic is about the 30 level bug, but I have a problem and I dont know if I am the only one with it, I cant use the items, I pass through any of them and they didnt appear in my hud and I am not able to use them. EDIT: I found the problem, sorry

I found out the solution for my problem

Can confirm as of 17/12/2023 having a collectiable still pushes you over to level 30 nets this trophy

Ok, am I understanding right because I am just about to start this game.

 

if I play digital copy till level 29 then backup my save and revert to disc copy version 1.00 and play till level 30 is achieved will this pop the trophy given my save data would be from a later version?

No, you can play as normal. Just make sure that you hit level 30 with a collectable and not a race.

My friend's trophy didnt unlock, and she was stuck at 83/100% told her about this fix with the disc version and it actually worked, anyone who has the copy deffo should give this a try, trophy popped after 20/30sec of roaming.

As of 12/17/2023, using a race to get to level 30 will glitch the trophy. Found out the hard way.

Nah, no need for the disc version if u already have the digital.

 

just as (barra333) says, when u reach lvl 29 just make a backup save and after that DON'T participate in any race or event, just keep collect some collectables until u hit lvl 30 and that should pop up the trophy.

Wish I would have read this...The people that played the digital version, did you just grind out all the other trophies and then delete your save data and start the story over?

That would make the most sense - you would have a bunch of miles driven from chasing collectables and doing all of the other activities that you would have to grind on a new save.

That is excactly what I'm going to do.  The story was quite fun so it's not the worst scenario possible.

Yeah, not too bad of story! Just this 6k miles is a grind! I am not even to 3k yet and I don't understand how. I have been driving everywhere!!
