This withering husk of a person that's who. Seriously though be careful. It's seems they didn't fix the old glitches at all. I'll update later if I manage to save my playthrough but I'm not hopeful. Yeah, I read this before attempting and assumed it was still in affect. I'm sorry that happened. Considering that it's part of the Zed's Dead, Baby trophy it's probably best to restart Undead Nightmare, it's not extremely long and you can skip cutscenes you've already watched. Or just hope he reappears. Maybe it takes a while? Good luck. Yeah it sucks and another strike against Rockstar unfortunately not to fix something so old. Someone suggested in a very old thread on another forum from the original game that you could make them spawn again by breaking a random undead horse and riding that one around in the allocated regions. I was riding Death for hours to find Famine and Pestilence, so I broke an undead horse to give it a try. Started exploring again, and within minutes I found Famine in Mexico! I have seen that it may be bugged that won't spawn and you need to restart from the start. I read this comment, broke the next undead horse I saw and Famine immediately spawned. There are 2 missions in the game that have the ‘Skip Checkpoint’ feature: American Imperialism and A Civilized Man. The reason 100% is missable is because if you use a checkpoint skip on American Imperialism and complete it, you do not gain the percentage given after the completion. There is no way to replay the mission after it is done so even when you complete everything else you will not have the percentage you would normally have from that mission. Strangely, you CAN use checkpoint skips on A Civilized Man because there is another mission that takes place after it, it is called ‘On a Pale Horse’. The “mission” is simply the cutscene where Zombie Marston comes out of the grave. So here is where it gets weird, On a Pale Horse gives you a percentage, but it does not count towards your total completion, rendering it pointless. However, if you use a checkpoint skip on A Civilized Man, you won’t gain a percentage from it as designed, but you will gain it back from On a Pale Horse. I’m not sure if this is known already, if it is I apologise. When I looked at the guides, I only saw Spurred to Victory as the missable trophy and was the main reason I made this post, so I wanted to input this information I realise it is very obscure because I can’t imagine many people using this skip checkpoint feature on Undead Nightmare. I started the mission without skipping anything and cleared everything story related up to cleansing Sepulcro and it still hasn’t shown up. I’ve completed lvl5 of all challenges, saved all the people, and I’m only at 96% unless getting the unicorn is necessary. I just noticed that I didn’t unlock the Army of the Undead outfit. Well damn. The unicorn was it and that got me the plat. I read in old reports that it could be that the horse can appear again but there is no longer any message saying "A mythical creature has appeared in the area".
