PS4 fan REALLY loud! Help?

I just got my PS4 with TLOU Remastered and as soon as I put the disc in the fans go really loud which you can hear in the video I posted. The air on the back is hot too.

I also provided a picture of the distance between my PS4 and the wall so you'll judge if it is okay.
There is another picture which shows the disc tray (or whatever it's called) and the USB's. You can't clearly see it, but my disc tray is a little curved on the right side and the USB's seem somewhat damaged. Is it normal?

Thank you very much!

I don't think you should worry, I just had a closer look at mines and the disc tray of that also has a curve on the right side so that's just the design.. the console is fine though.  The PS4 is a little bit loud with disc games anyways.. at least until you have played them for a bit.. it does quiet down eventually.

Don't worry about it , The Last Of Us Remastered it also makes my fan loud at the beginning and

then it cools down , also the heat from the fans at the back are hot i agree , i have mine beside a wall

and the wall is always warm , i wouldn't worry about it .

Want power you also want cooling power lolz

however PS4 just doesn't have enough space so the reason for more extra noise.

(we have seen gaming desktops being less noisy so problem is realy space lol)

Conclusion its normal for PS4 fans to be loud,

also i believe the heatsink of PS4 is similar to laptops:

It has been revealed that the PS4 is quieter when horizontal.

This means there's something less efficient about the cooling when the PS4 is vertical.

I believe the issue is related to heatpipe orientation, not airflow as some people are speculating.
