Saltyie
Yes because Amazon won't shoehorn in Google+ features, but I'd rather see it stay the way it is. Edited August 25, 2014 by Saltyie
BooneJusticius
Depends, is Amazon going to block certain games from being broadcast if the companies don't agree to their demands for more money like they're doing with ebooks?
BlindMango
Yes, better than Google or Facebook as damon8r said - I was not at all a fan of Google buying it because it would then have to deal with Google's crappy copyright system along with the piece of crap Google+ account system. I like Twitch and the idea of having a Twitch account and not having to deal with Google's annoying services like on YouTube. Also screw Facebook, I'm glad they didn't buy it either, I absolutely hate Facebook, haha. Either way, I'd rather it not get sold to another company, but Amazon isn't bad, much better than many other options out there! "We’re keeping most everything the same: our office, our employees, our brand, and most importantly our independence. But with Amazon’s support we’ll have the resources to bring you an even better Twitch." - That's good to hear Edited August 25, 2014 by BlindMango
Memnoch
last bit was marketing BS blind - but I'm sure it'll work out, just Amazon branching out
Demigod
As long as you aren't forced to use prime to watch it then I'm all for it.

Parker
The Twitch CEO said things will be staying the same for short term so it seems like Amazon has some plans for Twitch. I think Amazon is a fantastic company so I am curious to see what they do with Twitch, I think they'll make some changes for the better. LianshiSaonji
As long as they don't somehow magically screw over all of the Twitch users I watch, then that's fine.Kudos to Amazon for obtaining something awesome though, here's to hoping they don't mess up. geogw
I'm just so happy it wasn't google lol, they ruined youtube. Thank god they can't ruin twitch too.
aquartertothree
I'm not a huge twitch viewer (most of the community seems toxic to be honest) so I'm mostly indifferent. As long as they don't mess with any streamers and I can watch the streams I enjoy I don't care.
