I had everything but Zombie Boy, Girl Boy and Impossible Boy done in under two weeks. But I just couldn’t bring myself to go any further for so long. Keep going. Having to press the button and follow the platforms its like my game has a seizure everytime the button is pressed and lags out. Is this common? Is this common? 7-19x is very hard for me atm, but I don't see this lag that you mentioned. 5-16x was easy for me when I got the timing for the saws. Popular Post samuel_hsc Posted March 3, 2020 Popular Post Share Posted March 3, 2020 (edited) I was finally able to get Impossible Boy! 19, 20 and 9 were always my starter levels, but I was getting recked by them a lot. So I decided to go for 1-20. I always do this route once in a while to keep all the levels fresh in mind. For some reason I died on 5, but after that everything came into place and I was able to finish the run without chocking. Thanks everyone in this thread, you really helped me to get motivation for this trophy and the rest of the game! If anyone is struggling with this one, keep going, all you need is one good run. trophynerd122 Posted March 14, 2020 Share Posted March 14, 2020 Oh boy... just managed to get the girl boy trophy after approximately 25-30 hours of play time.. imo this was much harder than zombie boy, I had too many promising runs where I was only missing 1-2 levels in order to get the trophy and died on the simplest levels (level 1 for instance), goddamit. Why does nervousness not work in our favor? Can´t believe humans are on top of the food chain lmao. @STAG, tunnel blower(!), bullet bob, pepto, hopscotch(!), 4 letter word(!) : F**k you, particularly the latter. The person that decided that you have to beat it under 45 seconds in order to unlock the dark cotton alley equivalent should get a special treatment with fists -.- thanks to everyone providing useful pieces of information with regard to these no death runs, now it´s time to practice for impossible boy 3 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Wasn’t even mad, I just laughed. Looking forward to posting my meltdowns in here when I hit cotton alley, hopefully tomorrow. ? edit: got it. ? Might take a few days off before getting stuck into Cotton Alley, I’ve been binging this game all week. edit 2: got girl boy! Started practicing cotton alley and had a decent run after 2-3 hours. It wasn’t too bad, I think zombie boy was slightly harder. On to the final stretch now. edit 3: after choking impossible boy 3 times on the last stage, I finally got the plat. FML with only 3,4,5 and 10X left -.- decided to go with 10X first because this level is eaaaaaasy (usually) But dumb me decided to make an additional jump where I should absolutely not do such stupid things as a result I heard the lovely sound of death for the 23563rd time ?? Anyway I‘m not too mad yesterday I had my personal best with 14/20 levels cleared today I was able to pull off a 16/20 run So if the linear increase of successfully cleared levels continues, I might as well get the trophy in 2 more days or so ? impossible boy is definitely just a name! ?? Edit: After 2 runs where 16/20 , 18/20 and 1 run where 19/20 levels were cleared with only the "easy" ones left, I finally was able to clear all of them without dying. Man.. I think I will never ever experience such intense moments as I did with this stupid game. Deleting the game after getting the plat is one of the most satisfying feelings ever. Good luck to everyone still trying to get this platinum and for those who aren´t: Do yourself (and your heart) a favor by not touching the game. Otherwise thanks to the people that contributed to this thread, there were some very useful pieces of advice mentioned. Bye Bye SMB! But reading some comments really scare me XD... Just in the first worlds I see some inconsistency on some maps or inputs after doing them over and over, and you guys says that Cotton Alley and Dark Cotton Aleey is worse? Damn... I was hating skyscraper because it was too long (especially the second one with the bandage), but I'm stuck at the damn kid one, the second stage timing is so strict in some parts, and the third stage looks even worse...
