Any idea why some of my trophies would be missing a time stamp?


Sorry for delay, for anyone interested in Lego Dimensions - characters to buy / abilities unlocked have attached my list. Obviously there is alot of doubling up so you wouldn't need to buy all the packs I did. If you wanted the DC World you would have to buy the Team pack, otherwise everything else is unlocked. Many of the abilities are also available in the new Harry Potter / A team packs from Wave 2 so probably check them out as well.

Weekly Wrap So with platinums, golds, silvers and bronzes flying around faster than a hamster on a racing wheel lets take a look at the week that was. The biggest mover this week was Gibbo moving up

Platinum #28 = F1 2010! It took a little bit longer than expected but I got there in the end lol, another backlog game crossed off the list.

 

I need to earn some quick trophies to get me closer to my goal of 1,900  by the end of the year (currently at 1,745) so next up is Trine 2! After that I'll probably aim to finish a few Vita games and reduce my backlog there before plugging my PS4 in again.

What ! Never.......... but I do need to make room for my growing Skylander collection

Platinum #28 = F1 2010! It took a little bit longer than expected but I got there in the end lol, another backlog game crossed off the list.

Undesirable really ? Cmon. Secretly though I look at Gibbo's profile every now and then and feel so sorry for him. I mean who actually enjoys playing 0.00001 % ultra rare plat games. I just wish I could get him into a Puss in Boots or Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs. I know he would love it.

I'm really struggling to get through Trine 2, the game just doesn't appeal to me at all. I'll finish it up and get the platinum but I won't be playing the rest of the series.

I highly doubt it, playing these types of game requires a unique skill set that can only be acquired after many many shameful games. Games like Puss in Boots really require you to be at one with the Puss   B)

Sneaking is my absolute favorite part of Puss in boots. I was dying when Corey was smashing the controller and we asked what he was doing and he said "sneaking past the guards".

 

Things are finally starting to settle down in the Couch residence (Thank God). With roughly a week left in this competition I'd like to say how much I enjoyed it. I'm glad you all took CJ and I up on our offers to join and made it a cool little place to hang out. Plenty of great banter, witnessed CJ become the ultimate shameful trophy whore. Watched my brother go from not caring at all about to trophy to getting 1200 something points in a month just to try and catch Simp lol (and then fail miserably). Got to see the last three folks battle it out for last place the whole year and then Matt try and come in and steal it away. Saw Gibbo beat just about every backlog game he put up beat some tough rare plats. Had Twitch Show me up with stupid Shadow of Mordor DLC trophies. Watched the Great Salt retire which I feel is my fault since the last game he played was with me hahaha. Plenty of great chat rooms and many arguments about the dumbest things lol. It's been a pretty good gaming year and hope you all had a great time :)

Agreed great gaming year. So much fun all around. Meet some great people, had some fantastic laughs and only pissed off s handful of people which is a record for me. Hopimg to keep up the contacts after the dust settles, that is if you can handle such a shameful gamer on your friends list :)

Had a lot of fun with this comp also. I enjoyed my My favorite parts were the weekly wrap ups. A shame Cj stopped doing them.

 

Yes they were fun to do so I'm going to commit to writing a monthly wrap up for season 2. And just think now I know all your gaming habits better I will have so much more ammunition :)

Hi guys, so we are down to the final couple of days and it looks like Gibbo is going to take the crown for Season 1. 

 

It has been great to hear that you have all enjoyed the season. While this is a competition at its base I think this season has proven that its more about fun, talking crap - sometimes real stuff and general mutual trophy hunting awesomeness. It has been a very enjoyable experience for me and I feel that we have built a great community of players. With this in mind we are starting to think about a second season for 2017. There will be some changes to the point system to attempt to create a more even point distribution between games / difficulty / length. Point adjustments will also be made to backlog games to increase incentive. 

 

What I would appreciate is if you have any ideas or thoughts about how to address the points issue could you private message me. Also if anyone had any general feedback we are happy to hear it.

 

We hope to get all these issues sorted out by early December so we can have a start date in January. This will give you a few weeks to consider Golden game nominations and backlog games. This year many of the Golden Games were new releases or relatively new. Considering the diversity of games played by everyone I would suggest looking at either new releases you wish to play in 2017 or more obscure older games as games will have to be unplayed by everyone at the start of January. Obviously like this year Golden games will be totally optional to play. 

 

Season 2 also brings an increase in the number of players ( numbers still to be confirmed ). I am very excited to welcome the new players that have already accepted invitations to join Season 2. They are all great people that I am sure will add to the general fun and awesomeness. 

 

Finally, by its nature this league has had a social element, both through this forum and the PSN messenger, this is something I would like to continue next year so if it is something you prefer not to engage with it would be best to private message me so I know. I also appreciate life circumstances change so if you are considering retiring from the league could you also let myself or Couch know.
