I'm going to write a guide soon. There are a few missables, and it definitely requires two walkthroughs (one normal, one hardcore - in which you're allowed to die, and maybe a quick cleanup), but nothing too taxing. Solo and on Normal difficulty EDIT: Made a new character and played up to the boss and the trophies unlocked this time. Still don't know why it didn't pop the first time.
