Last level took me several tries but I finally got it. For the record, there seems to be a delayed reaction to some of the trophies. Something I'd noticed when I finally got the 5th touchdown, so just give it a moment. It'll appear.

For the fifth level, close your app and restart, do the trick to go direct to that level and die on the ~76yr guy (is the first difficult one), then it will be just an easy pattern. 

 

Got it first try that way, but when I reached the fifth level I closed the app too fast and didn't earn the other trophies, lol.

What is this trick that you go direct to fifth level?

On title screen hold D-Pad up and press X to start directly at level 5.

I have to admit, the ‘cheat’, was a freaking life saver, when using this it’s the same course you get ever time and by my second or third attempt I had the platinium

Thanks for the guide. Some trophies are very delayed in popping but they come up eventually.

I can confirm that the above trick don't work for the EU version. D-Pad up start you at level 8, D-Pad down start you at level 5

Thanks for confirming this. I was wondering what I did wrong when I first pressed D-Pad up.
