I didn't get a PS3 until Christmas 2011..... so I missed out on many games when they were released and didn't start trophy hunting until several months after. My first few games were Battlefield 3 (which I've spent 900 hours playing online because it was so damn fun in my opinion), Modern Warfare 3 just because and Skyrim because I saw dragons in the trailer (I like dragons). I never knew how much fun I was missing with all these games that I never knew existed, and the games are only getting better. Since I have no personal life, most of my friends are on playstation. I don't really care for online trophies because they ensure you won't get platinum. I'm looking at you Bad Company and Far Cry 2... plus when the servers go down, you are screwed. Any ways here we go...


Platinum #1: LEGO Pirates Of The Caribbean 

I had only played the Star Wars PS2 lego games so when I played a demo of this at Best Buy, I crapped myself at how much better it looked. I bought shortly after that and it was fun from start to finish. For a noob trophy dude, it's a nice first plat. 8.5/10

Platinum #2: Skyrim

Boy oh boy did this get my gaming juices flowing. I had no idea what this game was or knew that there were previous Bathesda games. As a dragon lover this game made me happy I got into gaming. Some of the quests towards platinum were aggravating due to jackass enemies or confusing areas but still enjoyable. I'll finish the DLC at some point for the 100% 10/10

 

Platinum #3: LEGO Harry Potter Years 1-4

Yep, another LEGO game. Not as good as Pirates but not bad. I loved the books, the movies were... movies, so obviously I needed the game.... but LEGO style... 7.5/10

 

Platinum #4: NASCAR The Game 2011

As a NASCAR fan I obviously needed to get this... Umm... it's a game.... the single player was easy since the AI is never competitive, even on the hardest difficulty.... and while I had some awesome fun races, it was overshadowed by lag and all the frutadas that wreck on purpose.... NASCAR games have always had shotty servers so not a big surprise. 7.5/10

 

Platinum #5: LEGO Harry Potter Years 5-7

You can just read the first one... this is just the other movies 7.5/10

 

 

Platinum #6: L.A. Noire

I'm not really sure how I stumbled upon this but very glad I did... suuuure I had a walkthrough with all the right answers next to me but I'm no detective so I would have been wrong every time. The story, the look, the feel.... was all fun... I had no issues having to find all the cars and other stuff... I really liked how they used the motion capture to make it look like they are talking instead of the generic funky moving mouth. DLC was just as good.. 10/10

 

 

Platinum #7: SOCOM 4

As a big fan of the first 4 on the PS2... SOCOM Combined Assault was my first online game... oh the memories... who knows how many hours I spent on that... over 2,000 probably.... so this was my first PS3 SOCOM and it wasn't bad... never played Confrontation so I can't compare online but compared to Combined Assault... 4 was nowhere as fun... wasn't terrible but never playing it again won't kill me... Single Player was decent but whatever... 8/10

 

 

Platinum #8: Battlefield 3

OHHHH MAAAAAN!!! Look, I don't hate COD and hate the stupid internet arguments... to each their own... but Battlefield 3 puts them all to shame.... once I joined a group who are some of the few on my friends list... the good times were had every time we played. Single player was great, the multiplayer.. well you know my opinion... trophy wise were fun... except for those co-op ones, they were a bit annoying. I could go on about the fun online, like flying bodies, fun with C4, etc but this game is great. 10/10

 

 

Platinum #9: Borderlands 2

Yes I played 2 before 1.... because it was a newer release...which was a better choice looking back.. 2 is so much better than 1.. the humor, the characters, the story, the cartoony graphics... all put into one hell of a great game... except for Terramorphus... he can eat fat dead carcass.... I wouldn't have plat if I didn't join a game with people who were equipped and killed him when I joined... he is an overpowered meanie face... just got 100% though 10/10

 

 

Platinum #10: Call Of Duty World At War

I enjoyed this because of the WWII theme... as far as the COD games go this has the best graphics and best campaign... except for Veteran.... there is no way Germans had that many grenades...hackers... I could care less about the zombies 8.5/10

Platinum #11: Saints Row The Third

I got this because of the Roosterteeth Let's Play with Michael and Geoff... looked really fun and it was... the ridiculousness of it all was great... would probably be better to play with someone but still good.. 8.5/10

 

 

Platinum #12: LEGO Lord Of The Rings

Hey it's been a few game since a LEGO game made an appearance. The LOTR Trilogy are some of my favorite movies so without hesitation bought this and it did not disappoint. With out a doubt my favorite LEGO game 9/10

 

 

Platinum #13: Ratchet & Clank A Crack In Time

I did take a break at one point so the story is a bit fuzzy to me but I remember it being fun... definitely a good buy for any R&C fan.. 8/10

 

 

Platinum #14: Far Cry 3

This game is faaaaaantastic. Great trailer, great story, great co-op, great everything.. just get it 10/10

 

 

Platinum #15: Uncharted Drakes Fortune

I had heard things about the series so I decided to start from the beginning... and now it's one of my favorites.. great game that's fun to plat... and the series only gets better 9/10

 

 

Platinum #16: Tomb Raider

I've never played the earlier ones and I have only seen one of the movies... but saw the trailer and it looked phenomenal. Which it was. The story, which sadly is a bit short, is great. The online is completely useless and developers should be kicked in the nuts for including it.... I hear they patched the one trophy so you don't have to rank up 4 times to get the general dude... well guess which poor sack of fruit loops ranked up 4 times for it.... this guy...I'm holding a grudge so that's why it gets 9/10

 

 

Platinum #17: Uncharted 2

Like the first one the story is great and is really fun to plat... minus the lame multiplayer.. I know people will disagree but I found it to be unneeded 9/10

 

 

Platinum #18: Uncharted 3

The best one of the series so far.. graphics, the characters, the all of it... great... still unneeded multiplayer but can't wait for Uncharted 4 to come when it does 10/10

 

 

Platinum #19: Ratchet and Clank

First game I played post N64 on the PS2... it was great.. and even better with trophies... it was a great start to an ongoing series that I enjoy glad they re-released it on PS3 9/10

 

 

Platinum #20: Spec Ops The Line

As I recall this had a trippy ending but was fun and difficult at times a good buy for anyone who likes shooters 8.5/10

 

 

Platinum #21: Modern Warfare 2

Not a bad game but not my favorite...as you can tell these days they don't change much.... I didn't play the special ops stuff for a long time so it has a long plat time... thanks to youtube videos helping me get through veteran spec ops I got the plat 8/10

 

 

Platinum #22: Portal 2

This game was awful.....ly awesome and amazing... Epic story and co-op is pretty good....I hadn't played #1 so this was new to me but doesn't matter... still a great game with puzzles and brain teasers 10/10

Platinum #24: Sniper Elite V2

I love using a sniper, A REAL SNIPER, not those semi auto fart goblins you see in other games. So this game was definitely for me. Aside from needing to boost the few online trophies it was fairly easy 9/10

 

 

Platinum #25: Battlefield Bad Company 2

This was a decent game.. I'm sure when it was released it was great, but since I was a few years late it was bleh compared to 3... thankfully I had some help and people to play with from BF3 so it wasn't bad... 8/10

 

 

Platinum #26: The Walking Dead

I had heard about this and it looked sorta like Borderlands so I got it... it was great glad it was more story driven.. it's cool how the decisions will carry over to the next one... would like to have more control and movement but still great 9.5/10

 

 

Platinum #27: NASCAR Inside Line

You could pretty much read the description for the other one... this one had better graphics though and I had a phenomenal drift/save which I wish I had recorded... At least it has the Ultra Rare Platinum status which is cool... 8/10

 

 

Platinum #28: Ratchet Deadlocked

Another from the PS2 stables.. slightly different story/game style but still fun 8.5/10

 

 

Platinum #29: Defiance

Another game I got thanks to Roosterteeth, never saw the show. It was...alright... would be better with someone else but nothing terribly aggravating. Did get a little repetitive but overall not bad..DLC doesn't want to work for me... 8/10

 

 

Platinum #30: Borderlands

Nowhere close to #2... story was bland and it didn't seem to have the fun and greatness as the second... and the DLC sucked knobs.. got the 100% though... and some random guy gave me a hack shield so I can never die which made doing all the hard stuff easy and stressless... 7/10

 

 

Platinum #31: Saints Row IV

Looks and feels exactly like the 3rd just a different plot line... still enjoyable 8.5/10

 

 

Platinum #32: Modern Warfare 3

Pretty much the same description as MW2 but with the survival stuff included.. 8/10

You know the drill...look at the other ones.. 9/10

Reminded me of Mario Kart which made it fun... minus the online trophies... 8.5/10

I hated...no despised the 4th one... so was a little hesitant to get the new one... but really glad I did... I'm glad I got those 2 weeks without online to get all the offline trophies and really enjoy it because it was a blast... then came the online which again, thanks to Roosterteeth, made it even funner... minus the gooch muffins who randomly kill you... 10/10

no...just no... don't bother... getting an STD is better... an easy plat isn't worth it.... 2/10

 

 

Platinum #37: Family Guy Back To The Multiverse

Love the show... not so much the game... it can get boring and annoying quick... just an excuse for a plat... 5/10

 

 

Platinum #38: Assassins Creed Brotherhood

I like the assassinating, like the parkouring, like the puzzle solving... so... good game... I'm just not one of those people who were emotionally invested in the story or characters... 8/10

 

 

Platinum #39: Battlefield 4

Honestly a huge disappointment... I was really looking forward to it but it was a flop... campaign was waaaay to short but at least a good soundtrack.... multiplayer is so much worse than 3... it has many of the things I hate about 3 in it... the vehicles aren't like they were in 3... the retarded semi auto snipers are the only ones used by those fart sniffing butt munglers... don't get me wrong, it's not a pile of garbage... but not great... graphics seem like crap compared to 3... 7/10

 

 

Platinum #40: Minecraft-PS3

Never thought this would make it to a playstation system but glad it did... I love building stuff and hope I can import stuff I made on the 360 into here.... 10/10

 

 

Platinum #41: Diablo 3

Only got this because a friend needed someone to help her... glad I did because while the story wasn't ever known to me it was still fun to play.... the 5,000,000 gold was lame but the only downer... 10/10

Platinum #42: Assassins Creed IV Black Flag

I love the pirate aspect of it all.... the sailing, the ship battles...although it seemed to lack in the assassin department. Overall really fun... though the online was bleh... thankfully I had someone playing with me and we got the plat together... so it wasn't bad.. 9/10

Platinum #43: Assassins Creed Revelations

you can pretty much read the description for Brotherhood.... 8/10

Platinum #44: NASCAR Unleashed

just a silly little arcade game... nothing special and fun to play for a few hours... then it gets old... 7/10

Yeah I got it for an easy plat, don't judge me! You don't know me!....... okay yes I am ashamed...... 4/10

#46 South Park Stick of Truth

HAHAHAHAHA...... 10/10..... but seriously this game is awesome. It's just like playing an episode and all the little things form different seasons is awesome... any fan of South Park or farting will love it... I'm looking at you Syfy

Platinum #47: LEGO Indiana Jones 2

I just did not find this one very entertaining at all... more of an annoyance than anything else. 6/10

Platinum #49: Medal Of Honor Warfighter

I thought this game was great... online and single player both... online was a grind, yes but never made me want to destroy a controller.. took me awhile to plat because of that hardcore trophy.... I kept trying to beat in one go and would die in one of the last missions... finally got a month long PS+ thing and saved a bunch... and finally got it... 10/10

Platinum #50: LEGO The Hobbit

Much like the movies, Lord Of The Rings was better, but The Hobbit isn't terrible... fun to go back to but not much is different.. 7.5/10

Platinum #51: DIRT 3

Twas really enjoyable and liked the online for the most part.... except that looooooong grind for rank 35 and some of the platinum challenges that were filled with...nonsense... but overall enjoyed it 9/10

Platinum #52: SAW

it was worth playing but I'll stick to the movies... not a bad game by any means but meh 7.5/10

 

Platinum #53: Call Of Duty Ghosts

I actually like this one... certainly a whole lot better than BLOPS.... Extinction is far better than zombies too... although that Completionist trophy was fantastic when getting stuck with a bunch of botards... thankfully I found a room with some good players who knew to point the gun at the aliens instead of looking down the barrel... 8.5/10

 

Platinum #54: The Last Of Us

Oh Naughty Dog... you can have all my money... This was one of the best games to ever be seen by mankind... love the daughter/father connection created between Joel and Ellie and everything else about it... the multiplayer wasn't terrible either which was nice because I didn't care for Uncharted's MP... if there's a sequel I hope it's just as good but it definitely isn't needed... 10/10

Platinum #55: Beyond Two Souls

So this was different... great story but didn't really like the gameplay style. The whole controller flicking, flailing, diddling nonsense got old fast. And it was lame how you had to drink or grab a taco to progress in parts of the story... it's like C'MON just eat and lets gooooo... the different endings were neat but having to do them all was a bit bleh... nice game though....hopefully there is pizza in the Infraworld 7.5/10

Platinum #56: NASCAR '14

......so this was basically a full priced DLC to the last game and was pure AIDS on a stick... it was released in February and didn't get a patch until July... it was also incapable of being platted until this patch came out... and i guess it still doesn't work for people... the ETX company needs to not make anymore games...ever... if you just care about racing the newer cars than yeah... get it.. but overall it's poo poo... 3/10

Platinum #57:Wolfenstein The New Order

OH MY LANTA IT'S A PS4 GAAAAAAME!!! The first of its kind on my list and it was a fun one... loved killin me some nazis and being stealthy yet explodey about it... really nothing I can find wrong or complain about in this so i guess 10/10

Platinum #58: Ratchet & Clank All 4 One

For a R&C game i really didn't like it at all.. was never into the story or anything.... nothing special.. and the camera angles were doody.. the game itself wasn't bad but there seemed to be more enemies than bullets if you play alone and don't update guns because of needing bolts... I had to have some randoms join and help which helped but I wish I could have done it myself... just a forgettable game.. 6.5/10

Platinum #59: Sniper Elite 3

as a fan of the last one, obviously I was looking forward to this one and it didn't disappoint... with me and my awesome partner blasting Nazi's in the face and testicles, we picked up our collectibles and continued onto the plat.. sure no story and not very many levels but you still have fun... 10/10

Platinum #60: Army Of Two - The Devils Cartel

I was given orders from the boss to play this game and it was yet again, a fun game... when the "collectibles" are getting a couple hundred kills in overkill mode just shredding through the enemy you can't complain.. tons of fun masks to choose from to cut down the noobs so if you like shooters i recommend it... 10/10

Platinum #61 Dark Souls

oh my goodness.... i wasn't sure what i was getting into when I was told to get this but honestly it wasn't bad.... but the ability for some overpowered, possibly hacked turd to invade your world and screw up what you're doing was ridiculous... that feature never needs to be in a game... I was the one who wore the "special" helmet in our trio but together we bested all those demons and shared some lulz through our very anti sunlight adventure... definitely not my favorite game but once you learn and have friends who can help and have skype.. it's pretty good...but seriously if you invade people's worlds screw you 8/10

Platinum #62: Demon Souls

So basically this is Dark Souls but much less annoying... My gang and I got together for another hoo-rah and destroyed these uber dorks and sent them back to the dirty slums of their step mothers house and made them pay for dinner.... overall it wasn't horrible but i'm not sad I never have to play it again... but when you're playing with someone you can talk to it's 100x better... 8.5/10

Platinum #63: Minecraft PS4 Edition

really all you gotta do is read my thing for the PS3 version... except this one has bigger worlds and a few more things like jungle fortresses or whatever and more trophies...10/10

Platinum #64: Call Of Duty Black Ops

to be honest I can't remember a thing about the campaign because it's been over 2 years since I played it... but I tend to enjoy running through COD single player so I'll give it a high grade for that... now for zombies... it's not that I hate zombies, I just never want to play them again... the trophies for this one aren't horrible but a few are mystery box luck based... and that downs the score... so not a terrible game but glad I'm done with it... 7.5/10

Platinum #65: Call Of Duty Advanced Warfare

all you ever hear is that COD is just copy paste graphics and whatnot.. well this one was a step up and looked great... having Kevin Spacey was awesome buuuut the story was very predictable and cliche.. the futuristic equipment was interesting and Veteran was a cake walk.. the survival was kinda boring and the trophies for it were meh as well.. overall I enjoyed it but wasn't blown away by anything 8.5/10

Platinum #66: Diablo 3 Reaper Of Souls

back with my demon slaying partner, we cut right through enemies and killed Diablos face... then started the long process of leveling 6 characters to 70... we were shown a very fast method about 3 characters in that made it much better... though hardcore character died at lvl 69... R.I.P... needless to say there were some words had and we started back at lvl 1... the rifts and small extra stuff didn't really impact it from the PS3 version so same score as that one... definitely better when you have someone playing with you...10/10

Platinum #67: Last Of Us Remastered

enhanced graphics, cool photo mode and even more of that awesome intense multiplayer? yes please... i know in the PS3 version i said the MP wasn't needed but I take that back.. i was focused on the grind when i wrote that... its so much fun..great story (duh) and still a blast... though Grounded+ mode gave so much more trouble this time around... 10/10

Platinum #68: Assassins Creed Unity

First off Arno looks like Jake Gyllenhall from Prince Of Persia... just saying.. Alright so where to start.. the graphics were hit or miss... sometimes they looked good.. sometimes they looked bleh.. not that i'm a graphics whore or anything but it is a next gen game... step it up a bit.. i read that the high number of NPC's caused it to downgrade so if that's true I would have no problem getting rid of a good chunk of them because they were constantly in the way, holy cow... story was fine whatever... but the mechanics... they sucked... i've never had so much issues getting in a window... hit L2 to enter is a lie... climbing up and down was aggravating because he never did what told him to... i say drop down, he says nah i'll stay here and hang out.. i say climb up he says nah i'll just look at where you want me to jump... jumping into hay bails was lame because i hit jump and instead of the animation he just jumps to his death... that was great... overall it was fine except for the fact it was broken and annoying... the co-op thing was a cool new thing but Black Flag was better...so I say 7/10 and that's being nice..

Platinum #69: Borderlands The Pre Sequel

It was cool to return to the Borderlands world but after 2 this one didn't have the same mmff... I guess it's good it's Borderlands 1.5 because it was better than 1 but not as good as 2... wasn't terrible by any means but the anti gravity got a bit aggravating at times... getting hit caused you to float in the air for 10 seconds when I just want to run.. though super jumping was fun at times... it's your same typical humorous shenanigans so a fan of the series will enjoy it.. except for that final boss... what a dick... 7.5/10

Platinum #70 Killzone Shadowfall

Glad this game is done... it sure looks nice... so +1 there... the story is heh, multiplayer is meh and MP trophies were bleh.... took me a good while to discover the bot method... that helped like crazy with the abilities... did everything else in regular matches... that sucked...so happy I don't have to play online anymore... overall the game is alright but no story replay value and the online is forgettable.. so 7/10

Platinum #71: Far Cry 4

Just like Far Cry 3 the world looked gorgeous... and had fun blowing it up... the story was a bit meh up until the end... It would have been nice to run through the campaign with a friend but at least you could run around the world and do all the other little things... the MP wasn't horrible but I won't be going back to it... wasn't a grind at all just like 3 and thoroughly enjoyed it.. no complaints... 10/10

Platinum #72: InFamous First Light

I'm playing backwards... This is the first InFamous game I've played and it was pretty dang good... I'm excited to play the other 3... It wasn't very long but not too short and was very fun.. the challenges weren't overly awful and once you get a hang of the arenas they aren't terrible either... I may not know the story/characters yet but I certainly will because I definitely am going to play the other ones.. even if you haven't played any of them like me I recommend this to anyone just to play... plus I got it for free soo yayyyy... 10/10

Platinum #73: Hitman 2 Silent Assassin

hooray for PS+ and getting the trilogy for free... this let me start from the beginning as far as Hitman games with trophies...and holy PS2 graphics... some nostalgia for me... never played it before but I enjoyed it, though professional difficulty was a bit challenging but in the fun way.. loved being stealthy... 8/10

Platinum #74: Red Dead Redemption

Oh Rockstar how I love you... this game was fuuuuuuuuun... great story and still looks really good... the online, well, it got me trophies very easy but it also makes getting other trophies very difficult and annoying... the servers a doggy poo... that aside it really is a solid game... 10/10

Platinum #75: Heavy Fire Afghanistan

what a pile of shit this was... definitely need to start doing research on games before buying... I was expecting some kind of cheesy shooter with a short fun campaign, not a retail version of a shooter you see at Dave and Busters.. If I died I felt like I should be inserting quarters somewhere... the 1 joystick aiming was awful and the cover system was lame plus how you had to get ammo, health and grenades was crap... I'll stick to Battlefield or COD... easy trophies though.. 2/10

Platinum #76: Ratchet & Clank Into The Nexus

Not a bad edition to the series... was really short though which wasn't all that bad with the amount of games I've played taking up countless hours... starting on Legendary difficulty proved to have annoying moments but nothing too bad... pretty solid overall... 8.5/10

Platinum #77: Resident Evil 5

This was my first ever Resident Evil game.. got talked into getting it and it was worth it... I have no idea what any of the story is from past and present game so maybe it was crap in the series but I had fun with it... especially with infinite rockets... don't know if I'll pick up any other Resident Evil game though... might be one and done... 8.5/10

Platinum #78: Resistance 3

only took 3 years to beat.... but my video game ADD had something to do with that... plus FUCK GRIMMS... those things suck... I've played some of Resistance 2 before so I got this and it's not a bad game but definitely nothing special... oddly I had an easier time with Superhuman mode than normal but glad it's over... 7/10

Platinum #79: Ratchet & Clank Full Frontal Assault

This was the weakest in the R&C series.... not much to it and wasn't that great... very disappointing... didn't have the humor or story fun like past games.. plus that one trophy for running, gliding, etc was just awful... I hope the next game goes back to the style of the first few.. those were awesome... 5.5/10

Platinum #80: The Order 1886

Sure it may have been short but who cares... at least it was fun and enjoyable.. plus it looked nice and had a good story to it... if there's some kind of sequel I hope it is longer but either way this was a great game.. it was cool how you got to play the part we saw in the E3 reveal...I'd recommend this to anyone who likes science fiction or shooters... 9/10

Platinum #81: GTA V - PS4

this game is beautiful looking one PS4.. which is good because I'm an idiot for buying again.. I forgot how boring and lame the collectibles were.. especially when they glitch and have to start a new game.. but the bumped graphics helped kinda forget, plus I love playing the campaign so... the online heists aren't anything special.. playing with randoms is a joke since most suck and if 1 person leaves, instead of going back to a setup lobby you get kicked back to the main lobby which is stupid beyond words... get to spend another 10 minutes waiting for people to join and fuck it up again... alas i still give the game 10/10

 

Platinum #82: Middle Earth Shadow Of Mordor

I think the last Lord Of The Rings game I played was on the PS2 for the 3rd movie... this game was pretty good although the combat system was a bit frustrating at times... trying to do certain kill moves or finishers or whatever was wonky and wouldn't work half the time.. Then there's the bullshit issue of fighting one guy and all of a sudden you're fighting 150... that got old fast.. not to mention it takes way to long to kill an enemy from slashing and hacking.. The game looked really good though which was nice... I didn't really care for those pointless trophies that makes you hunt flowers and stuff but whatever..8.5/10

Platinum #83: Destiny

So I didn't do that stupid over hype up thing that most seem to do. So I wasn't super butt hurt about the game not being perfect in every single way. The graphics were phenomenal.... Loved the Moon the best with Venus a close 2nd... The story, or lack thereof, was disappointing but meh... overall it got pretty repetitive and the crucible was not my cup of tea.. did not care for it AT ALL... the Raids... or Raid if you don't want to pay a retarded $30 for DLC, was fun except for that abomination of a trophy (Flawless Raider)... it's not a difficult trophy but relying on other people to be flawless and the game to not bug out, which happened often, was daunting... it wasn't a horrible game but it certainly wasn't Game Of The Year material... 7/10

 

Platinum #84: Plants vs Zombies Garden Warfare

I'm glad this was free because it wasn't the greatest thing ever made. The servers were a bit meh and it got somewhat old but it wasn't terrible. Different, but glad it's over.. 7/10

 

Platinum #85: NASCAR '15

just a poorly polished copy/paste turd of the previous years game... don't know why I thought it would be any different.. nothing great graphically and overall just a pile of bleh... game gets stuck on a saving screen and when you relaunch the game it resets all progress including trophies... waste of money and time 1/10

 

Platinum #86: Tomb Raider (PS4)

this game is awesome.... I really hope the next one isn't XBOX only for a long time... that's bullshit in the first place but anyways... it looked great and it had been awhile so it was almost like playing it for the first time... the online is still awful and not needed but at least I didn't have to level up 3 times in MP like on PS3.... play if you haven't yet 10/10

 

Platinum #87: Battlefield 4 (PS4)

oh baby did this look better than the PS3 version... I love me some FPS so when this was on sale it was a no brainer... would be nice if stores did PSN sales because I want the hard copy but oh well... online was a bit grindy until I figured out how to use the XP boosts... idiot..still very fun and my first platinum that I got on stream.. 10/10

Yet another great reason to have PS+.... a free game that turns out to be a lot of fun despite the fact that I suck at it... it did get a bit.... stale I guess after a while... it was still really fun and completely random... 9/10

First off, it would be unfair to review/rate this based off the free version.. It gives you an basic generalization of the game but there is a lot more to it than India and a few select cars... Glad I upgraded to the full thing... That being said let's start with the cons.... The Rain.... holy hell did the devs over-do-it with the rain... the had to be jerking each other off while making it..The fact that it covered your screen as well as have it falling from the sky like normal was a asshole move.. it made things such a bitch to do... depending on what kinda bullshit car you were forced to use it made it god awful to drive... which leads into the next thing... the cars... there were some awesome cars.. and then there some no traction having, pile of smegma handling cars that looked like a Hotwheel executive came over and joined in on the circle jerk of nonsense...some of the drift and time trials were a bitch but Challenge Accepted... and there were sooo many Stars to get.. now onto the pro's... The sound.. the different sounds of tires squealing on different surfaces was top as well as the engines... the driving with most cars was fun as well because you could actually race the way you want to, no have to baby the car just to go.. and now the graphics... oh my lanta does it look beautiful... the rain may have sucked but it sure did look really damn good as well as the cars and area around.. just AHHHHHHHH.... it was basically Dirt meets Gran Turismo.. 9/10

Not sure what can be said about it... it's a fun derpy little game that's an overall easy plat..... except for.... Flappy Goat.... fuck the Gooch Muffin who added that to the game. I would rather be a Jew in the Holocaust than play that for 3 hours again... it was overly annoying when you fail and your goat hasn't hit anything... but anyway... cheap game that can give you an afternoon of fun.... then there's really no replay value... still a dorky relaxing game.. 7.5/10

been awhile since LEGO has made an appearance here.... this brings back some sweet PS2 nostalgia.... though it shows how far LEGO games have come because this wasn't my favorite... some of the levels were looooong... plus there was too many of those repetitive side quest mission things... it's good that there was extra stuff to do after doing story trophy stuff but bleh.... too much... I believe that gives me just 4 lego games left to plat at the moment but woo Lightsabers... 7.5/10

 

Platinum #92: Borderlands The Pre-Sequel (PS4)

60 FPS... enhanced graphics.. and more guns to shoot shit up? yes please... seeing the Handsome Jack Collection on sale was a no brainer for me since I love the Borderland Series (don't really care for 1 though)... and using cross saves really saved a good amount of time so thank Jeebus Lorenzo for that... the loading screens seemed very short as well which is always nice and the world textures loaded in reaaaally fast compared to PS3.. none of that fuzzy, blurry world waiting to load garbage... Hopefully Borderlands "3" will be around soon..8.5/10

 

Platinum #93: Borderlands 2 (PS4)

The PS3 version was all the way back at plat #9... good grief... I forgot how much I hate threshers and how grindy it was.... but also remembered how awesome Tiny Tina is... and this time helped kill Teramorphus instead of joining a game that killed as soon as I jumped in... the other Invincible enemies are just as big of assholes though... but at least I got to kill them with enhanced graphics and in 60 FPS... and thank god for character transfer.... getting my goodies from PS3 was key... my only issues was game connectivity... there were many times where I tried joining a game and it would time out and it switched to offline mode and would not switch back to online at all... I had to close the game completely and re-launch it... overall it was fun to come back to the best game in the series and hopefully we get a Borderlands 3 sometime in the near future... 10/10

How can you not have fun playing this game... It's another Nazi shooting good time... over the whole zombie thing but meh... I'll let it slide... those challenges though... I guess they had to put some kind of challenge to getting the platinum... still a really fun game with lovely bloody explosions of flesh and bone... I want more of these... 10/10

 

Platinum #95: Skylanders - Spyro's Adventure

So working in retail, every year these new games come out and you see all these clowns waiting outside in crap weather to buy all these figures and whatnot... Kinda dumb to me but... I figured after 4 years I'd start from the beginning and see what it's all about... Not gonna bother talking about graphics because I don't care... it was kinda a fun PS2ish Ratchet and Clank looking thing... I certainly didn't hate it and will play the next couple ones that came out... but I didn't love it.. it was just... a decent game... and had some heft puzzles and boss battles for a kids game.. sheesh... good thing characters can be used on all platforms... that was cool... took 4 year characters my brother had on his Wii and popped them Lvl 10 beauties in to clean up the baddies... glad I gave it a shot... will hope the series improves as I go on... solid 8/10

Wowee wow wow.... this remastered version looks fantastic.... so smooth and crisp and pretty and you get it. Though I had forgotten how much I hated driving that jetski... horrible... and I forgot it was the first one with those creatures that look like they came from that movie The Descent... creepy fuckers... anywhozen... not sure how bad Brutal difficulty is gonna be but guess I'll find out... 10/10

hehe.... Doughnut Drake with his fat voice... but anyway.. gotta love this game...the game looks fantastic.. plus no Multiplayer!! WOOOO.... just perfection and fun.. ONTO NUMBER 3!!! 10/10

 

Platinum #98: Uncharted 3 Drake's Deception (PS4)

Honestly this was my favorite game so far in the series... I just had tons of fun with this one the most... plus no asshole final boss... they all look great graphically in the Remastered collection but this one just looks the best... and lots of Sully never hurts.. is #4 out yet? 10/10

To be honest as much as somewhat enjoyed the 1st one and didn't mind this one... I'm glad it's over and I probably won't continue this series.... just doesn't do it for me overall... the puzzles and stuff are alright but it just doesn't hold my attention for very long... and Nightmare difficulty... damn... for a kids game it's kinda brutal... but.. now I get to go for the big 100.. 7.5/10

 

Platinum #100: LEGO Marvel SuperHeroes

I don't know if it's from playing so many LEGO games or being burnt out on super hero movies in general but I was not into this one at all.. was bored most of the time and hated un-skippable cutscenes... and ALL the collectibles and crap to collect was just daunting... by the time I play another LEGO game, 5 more will be released... and I'd like to Plat them all but... ugh.. just... bleh... 6/10

 

Platinum #101: Prince Of Persia The Forgotten Sands

so I've only seen the Prince Of Persia movie... (and I liked it, come at me) this was.... alright.... easy enough to swing the sword but all the L1, L2, R1, R2 stuff got annoying and could easily get mixed up... that may just be my dumb brain but... I'm all for puzzles and platforming... but this game just raped the concept... that's basically all it was and it kinda got old... the enemies were easy and predictable and nothing special... if it weren't for the "don't get hit" trophies the boss battles were an absolute joke... it wasn't a bad game but.. not sure if I wanna play the other 3 or however many there are... 7/10 is about all I can give it...

i wouldn't have gotten this if it wasn't for free and I like free... but this version was a buggy mess of a turd though... glitched trophies... save files getting deleted right after I save them... and I'm pretty sure that damn 100 Days trophy took way longer than it should have... buncha buuulllll shiiiiitttttt.... no more Minecraft for me 7/10

I loved the new movie (need to go watch the old ones) and loved this game... it looked great, especially the fire and explosions and car destruction and all that... the combat was easy enough to figure out and it was just all around fun. Now that being said I did find some of the hideouts and stuff repetitive... and holy fuck the collectibles... no thank you.. and the storms.... as cool and interesting as they were to have... could get to be a real bitch... like giant heatseeking pieces of metal... fuck off... I'm not magnetic... it's just a really fantastic looking game that's really fun to play and gives you alot to do.. 9/10

is there a better way to break in a PS Vita than with this gem? such a nice relaxing game that was obviously made for kids with such simple "boss" battles... easy linear levels and collectibles made the character leveling grind less grindy... i actually didn't ever hate playing this.. though it's definitely not my favorite game ever haha... decent 7/10

who doesn't love free games? and it's good it was free... not worth much honestly... it was kinda like Rocket League on the sense that it was fun for several hours... and then I was over it... very limited in stuff you can do and holy balls... connectivity was turds with this one... don't get me wrong it's not awful but it's pretty meh... still a decent game for PS Plus members to get.. 6.5/10

 

Platinum #106: Saints Row IV (PS4)

basically the same review as my PS3 one... I must say I'm sad there was no big graphical improvement... just looked bleh... Though my character did look like Jenna Marbles so there was that.. always good to play a Saints game.. 8.5/10

hmmm.... where to start... guess I'll start by saying I did enjoy it for what it was and it looked nice... some bosses were cool.. uhh... k... now.. I guess this is where I bitch and complain... guess we'll start with how clunky or whatever it feels... reactions seemed delayed and slow... try and roll and your character waits to be hit first.. and it seems like when you're in the middle of a swing and get hit.. the swing stops.. and it seems very rare for your hit to stop one of their swings.. and stamina... jesus fuck stamina blows ass...even with a decent upgraded character and rings... let's see, the small tiny hallways/caves/etc. sucked balls... can't smack a bitch if your person can't swing the damn weapon.. whoever designed Black Gulch should have their anus impaled by a giant cactus... all those poison statues were ridiculous.. and now for the big one... summoning... what a fucking retarded way they went about it.. got have so much memory within 10% divided by Pi squared followed by reciting lines from Shakespeare while having a stupid Ring on... go fuck yourself and just let me summon friends you stupid bullshit devs.. that's all I can think of for now... kinda ruined my interest in Bloodborne and Dark Souls 3.. i still give it a 7/10

OHH YEEAAA... back to the good Call Of Duties... love some good WWII action... makes me miss all the old WWI and WWII games back on the PS2 and stuff... hopefully if BF5 is in WWI they make it epic and sexy... i liked the graphical boost this got and it was a nice lengthy campaign.. although on Veteran that wasn't the best thing... because of the BULLSHIT checkpoint system... don't have health? well then fuck you and your progress.. so great... not to mention enemies and they're heat seeking, corner turning bullets... i call hax... though it was nice to have helpful AI teammates... i still love it.. solid 8.5/10

I remember the first trailer at E3 and it was phenomenal.. saw the first gameplay trailer and it looked great.. so of course the final game didn't look as graphically as good as I had hoped but that happens.. it did look great though, especially the lighting and environment.. now to the game.. reminded me of Destiny and Borderlands in a way... the harder enemies were yellow... the gear was colored... tons of quests and side missions... have to grind for better gear... i had fun with the missions but the side events and quests got sooo repetitive.. and holy collectibles Batman... guess that's it for the regular world.. that there would be a 8 maybe 8.5/10 but... there's the Dark Zone... FUCK THIS STUPID PIECE OF SHIT OF THE GAME... seriously... not all of us can sit there for 100 hours grinding to level up in the DZ and find/buy better stuff... so it's kind of bullshit to be at an extraction point and get slaughtered by a group of cock sucking asshole douchebag salads who outnumber you 4 to 1 and have better weapons and armor.. stupid stupid stupid game feature.. took all enjoyment away.. any DLC trophies if any better not be PvP related... i'll enjoy drinking bleach instead.. i'll just call it a day and go with 7/10

this was a neat little game that felt like a cross between Borderlands, Resistance and another game i can't remember. Doing the hardest difficulty wasn't that bad which was nice.. although I wish there was more stealth implemented into it.. it seemed like most of the time you would have to go into a gunfight instead of methodically sneaking through areas... but nonetheless it was pretty good... nothing spectacular but glad i played it for sure.. i'll give it a decent 8/10

as a big fan of the show i was excited to finally get this... and it did not disappoint... it was awesome to play a game where the buildings and landscapes were familiar because i had seen them before and with pretty much all new characters... was nice to get an entirely new set of stories instead of just having us play through the game as the show...if that makes sense... can't wait for season 2 10/10

this was the weakest game since #2.... but obviously WAAAAAYYYYYY better than that piece of shit.. it looked pretty.. loved the different take on it... but it lacked content... i know that it's way back when and they didn't have an array of weapons and whatnot.. but it seemed to be lacking overall... the quests were pretty bland and repetitive and the "story" was just meh... i hope they take time with making another one if they do.. and the wolves in this game... fuck them.. worse than the eagles in FC4... overall this was neat to play cuz it was different but at the same time it got repetitive and bleh after a little while... certainly nothing special but if it's on sale for $20 or less... get it.. it's an easy plat i'll just say 6/10

 

Platinum #114: Ratchet & Clank 2016

haven't seen the movie but was excited for a PS4 release... i did enjoy that it was a remake of the first but i hope we get a new one soon. that being said they did cut a good chunk of the original which was kinda sad BUT the game did look exceptional.. oh were the graphics pretty.. overall it was a fun new version of the original so it was nice knowing levels and what to do and where the gold bolts were.. very easy and fun to play.. not perfect but a great game 9/10

HHRRFFFFGGGGGG.. sorry i just came... this game is everything it needed to be and wanted it to be.. it looked absolutely gorgeous.. the story absolutely fantastic.. enjoyed the flashbacks and how Nate's life backstory stuff was shown.. and the ending.. just make sure you don't have onions around when watching the end... makes me sad it's over.. I'd recommend this to anyone even if they haven't played the other 3.. just a fantastic piece of art 10/10

#5 Valiant Hearts

i had heard about it but didn't get it until it was free (high five) and good gravy cakes what a game... not a game, an experience. the soundtrack is phenomenal and puzzles were fun. And then of course that ending.. hope there's another one...

 

#6 Never Alone

I had no information on what this was but thank you PS+ for making it free.... this was so frickin enjoyable.. From the little puzzles to the really neat video "collectibles" it was a really really great experience.. it's funny to me how these small little PSN games are miles better than these huge AAA titles everyone else talks about and lines up for at midnight... these are what make gaming so great... 10/10

Just gonna add some more to the parts about the Ratchet games, if you don't mind. The first Ratchet & Clank isn't that similar to the rest, actually, neither is Deadlocked. The first one was your basic 3D platformer with some guns involved, Going Commando was basically the same but it was the first one to implement the leveling, armour and ship customisation features, Going Commando is also the longest game in the series, Up Your Arsenal was basically the same as Going Commando but shorter and with slightly less ship customisation, Up Your Arsenal was also the first online game in the series, Deadlocked was basically the same as the others but it was more arena-based, it was also the first game in the series to allow you to add different mods to weapons which gave them different attributes and the first game in the series with full co-op and lastly A Crack in Time was basically the same again but with slightly more linear stages, fully customisable weapons and a space travel part which provided a more entertaining way to travel between stages and added more to the game. In short, they aren't all the same as you seem to state, they actually have quite large differences in most cases, just the same basic game underneath.

 

On another note, nice game choices here, you have good taste.
