Popular Post Abby_TheLastofUs
Young Souls was released exclusively on the Stadia last year, but it's finally made its way to other platforms and is out today. Unfortunately, as it released as a Stadia exclusive, it didn't get much attention from publications or players. Maybe that'll change now. It's a beat‘em up RPG hybrid that for my money is one of the prettiest indie games in recent years. As a bonus, it also features local co-op for up to two players, each controlling one of the twins, but nothing is lost if you play solo and there are no trophies tied to co-op. Looking at the trophy list, nothing looks missable and everything can be done in one playthrough if expert difficulty is available from the start. The dungeons can be revisited, so you can always go back to pick up any collectable you missed. The trophy for acquiring 100,000 gold might be a grind but the trophies should come from just making your way through the game normally. There are accessibility options that make the game much easier but I don't know if they disable trophies. I see @turniplord already has the platinum, so they're a better judge of how difficult the platinum is than me and can maybe tell us how the game runs on PS4. DeepEyes7
wow, this game looks amazing, didnt even know about this one, the art is somewhat similar to Cris Tales but with a lot more of animations and details. Trophy wise maybe 2 runs and hope the chests arent missable. Will keep this in my radar.

The game is beautiful. I played it on the PS5 and it ran perfectly. It's really addictive and such a fun game, I'd say the combat is on the same level as the latest Streets of Rage game. It's almost roguelike - you play as much as you can then die or exit the level so you can sleep to level up and buy new weapons or upgrade your gear, then go back in again. In terms of the accessibility options - none disable trophies, so you could make it super easy if you want - slowing down the enemies so they move in slow motion makes it a piece of cake tbh. I played it first with nothing enabled but I turned them all on the second time - why? The difficulty trophy. I didn't realise (as the trophies weren't live), so I had to play a second time on the hardest difficulty and the bosses were a little too tough for me, so I enabled a few of the options. Highly recommend the game though. Other than the difficulty, I didn't have any missable trophies, I grabbed all the others on my first playthrough (cheating a little for the money ones via a 'glitch' I found). you can also play the whole game with no clothes on Edited March 10, 2022 by turniplord
ThunderJ6
Yeah, this game looks sick! I'm down to give it a try, as I love beat-'em-up/RPG hybrids (especially Charlie Murder - that game is one of my all-time favorites, both in the genre and in general). Raidou Kuzunoha XIV
I didn't know about this game until I heard Limited Run Games was doing a physical for it (though thankfully here in the UK, it's getting a standard retail physical in July). Already have my copy pre-ordered on Amazon, and I'm looking forward to eventually playing it, which probably won't be in July thanks to my backlog (though I say this about every game nowadays). It's a very artsy looking game that caught my interest based on its presentation alone. After looking at some reviews, it definitely seems like it's up my alley. It seems like it'll be a pretty easy plat, based on what @turniplord describes (many thanks for the rundown btw). But this is one of those games where I'll likely focus on the game itself and its story before trophies.
RuancarloSilva
Very easy plat, i did it on 5 hours with Acessibility options on. The only grind is coins, but, you can gather a good amount 30k and just sell all your itens and keep buying them from NPCs =)

Crap, if I had known that, I wouldn't have ordered it through Limited Run....
BrandedBerserk
Just letting yall know this is more of a 6 or 7/10 Difficulty wise and about 15-25 hours for those who want to get the platinum without using accessibility options. visighost
I got it through that sale - just finished it. Really fun game, great gameplay loop, beautiful art, characters with depth… a definite recommendation!
