I recently bought both of these games on Indonesian PlayStation Store (should be the same region, which is Asia). I already earned several trophies, but the syncing always failed. If I disconnect my internet, I can see my trophy progress for these games just fine. I already filed inquiry about these to Spike Chunsoft via their english website. Unreleased or canceled? If it's like the original edition of the game, there may be 3 other unsynced versions currently. You may not know but the store shows an area called Games to Wishlist. It's a place to see games that are coming out soon or months away long before even the trophy lists are syncable. I've noticed some games on there that have disappeared. Are those games canceled?
