Did you cheat , sounds like the website removed your profile due to excessive CFW and or modded console usage….. The only 2 options is that you’ve requested to remove yourself off the website or as @TheYuriG has stated, the auto-detection system has “nuked” your profile from the site and the only person that can override this is @Sly Ripper.
