Game has Permadeath hardcore trophy with repetitive gameplay and endless grinding

Decent game if you play this for a bit and then are done for it. But if you want this games platinum or 100% completion you are in for a torture. Finding really good players and having them carry you can nullify your suffering. You got to max level up the 3 playable classes but the main problem is the level 30 hardcore trophy with any class which is Permadeath.

You will level up fast but will hit a massive hard cap around level 12 where you will get miniscule xp. Once you get to level 15 you will get hardly any xp unless you are playing harder than normal difficulty where you will die very fast. Also if you have not reached world 2 you will hardly get any xp also because world 2 gives you more xp modifier. The last mission which is the mothership mission is brutally difficult. No one is hardly playing hardcore anymore. They had the greed to sell world 2 characters for $5! So after being bored playing the repetitive gameplay and only being a level 8 biospeacialist I bought the world 2 character. To complete the Permadeath I used the cloud save regularly to upload and download my save. One time I woke up tired and when I died I accidentally uploaded the save instead of downloading it. So not only do you gotta deal with repetitive gameplay with Permadeath you have to deal with cloud saves like a madman like me because the xp gets really slow at around LVL 20.

Rather than doing a separate new thread for each one, you might consider just starting a single Checklist Thread, with all of these in one place.

You could call it "ElektrickRage's List of Reasons why Everyone Should Avoid Every Game" or something?

Because I don't want to make a single thread. I want to EXPOSE it as much as I can in the forum tabs for the game.

I guess it's important work you're doing to "expose" the trophy requirements of these 5-8 year old games.

Fight that good fight.  ✊

If there's one thread people might read it.

It's there's ten threads, people will read none.

Also this game is like, almost 10 years old. Not sure what you would want to EXPOSE on such an old game, unless you want to give the game more EXPOSEure and advertise it to more people?

Plot twist: OP is a master at reverse psychology and secretly works for all games he posts about ?

HC looks really hard when you start game. Once you encounter Hordes you think how I get through this on my HC playthrough. But after getting your Hero 100 trophy you know how operate the game deathless with max efficiency. I solo my entire HC playthrough dlc-less (from lvl 1 to 30) took me round 15h couse im lazy. Some tips from me outside obivous ones like high lvl cores makes your weapons dmg higher or fact that hc game should be played by biospecialst. You can easly reach lvl 12-15 on veteran difficulty. Get as fast "second wind" skill (the one that revive you from death once per mission with half life) 10% speed increase is second skill you should go for. Once youre in the mission destroy 3 checkpoints. It will grant you up 3 extra weapons on the mission ending lootbox. When you finish your mission and know you can call for chopper find blue flower acivate it then open lootbox = 2xp for mission. Stick to basic weapons Xenorifle/Plasma-shotgun/Flamethrower/Boomerang was my set.

Let's preserve at least this information for people who might accidentally think OP has a point. Your information won't be for him but it might actually help others down the line

Trust me, people are reading them, lol. It's like a magnet. And you'd be surprised how many people are playing an old game. People still play COOP for this but not hardcore.

Theres one simple reason why people dont play this game hc mode in coop (or any game hardcore in coop). But the Alienation reason is game mechanic that teleport team members that stray too far from host back to him. So basicly 1 reckless host can cost lives for whole experienced and carefull team. Seen that too many times in normal mode coop.
