Popular Post PraiseTheFluppi
Almost half-time now - new update! I changed a few colors from last time. All in all, I like how it looks, most colors are even pretty close to the basic color example! All the changes I made: Tan - How to Survive 2 Orange - Ratchet: Deadlocked ---> none anymore Maroon - Gunvolt Chronicles: Luminous Avenger iX Purple - Ratchet & Clank: Into the Nexus Deep Purple - The Messenger Blue - Goat Simulator ---> Jotun Light Blue - SudoCats Green - Goat Simulator ---> none anymore Light Green - Donut County Brown - Pillars of Eternity 2: Deadfire ---> Ratchet: Deadlocked Grey - Chicken Police: Paint it RED Black - Observation I have a nice orange right up ahead. Pink and green could be a problem, same as last year 😂 But there's still a 7 months left, I guess I'll find something eventually 👌

Popular Post vsvpl1501
At the weekend I was able to finish two more colors with light green and purple. I haven't thought about the next colors yet and I don't think any of the next games I want to play will match a color. Purple - Celeste With celeste, I hardly knew what to expect, except that you can activate help if you get stuck. In the beginning, it was really fun to slowly try my hand at the first difficult passages. At some point, I reached the limit of my comfort zone and activated one or the other help from time to time. But once you got used to it, it was difficult to play without it. 🙂 Light Green - Tunic I'll be honest I was totally hyped, but somehow it didn't really catch me in the first few minutes and somehow I didn't really want to get into the game. I was constantly comparing it to Zelda:Link's Awakening, which I liked much better. But I will definitely give the game another chance. Gaming experience that nobody asked for: Spoiler White - The Walking Dead I don't know how many times I've already played the first part. For me it's one of, if not the best Telltale game. The story about Clementine has always been very close to me. Clementine, Lee and the good old Kenny will always have a place deep in my heart Tan - Rollerdrome This game allowed me to guide dear Kara through several arenas and do grabs, grinds and kill some House Players. As someone who used to spend countless hours playing Tony Hawk Underground 1 and 2 with his homies, Rollerdrome was really refreshing and I felt right at home. I would also say that 10-15 years ago the game would have really hit the spot between the more forgettable Tony Hawk games. I also really liked the graphic art style. Towards the end it was unfortunately a bit monotonous, I also don't like that the arenas were repeated in the Blood Campaign. Overall a good game! Orange - Tales of Arise So far I had only played Tales of Symphonia from the series and that was a hell of a lot of fun. With the latest part of the series, Bandai has created a classically good JRPG. The voice actors did an incredibly good job, the story about Alphen and Shionne is a typical JRPG story, but it still entertained me. Red - Marvels Spiderman I actually played Miles Morales before Marvel's Spiderman and I have to say that I liked Miles better. nevertheless, this part is also incredibly cool. I really don't like superheroes and I've never seen a movie, but swinging through New York with Spidey and smashing people's faces in is just wild. Fast travel is really not necessary in the Spiderman games! Blue - Stellar Blade With Stellar Blade, Shift Up has launched its first triple-A game - and what a game it is! The combat system is fluid and fun, and with Eve we have a real bad-ass character. I would especially like to mention the music, which I really enjoyed throughout the game! Light Blue - FF: Crisis Core I am a complete Final Fantasy virgin. The series has, unfortunately!!!!!, completely passed me by. After playing a few Pixelremastered parts, I played FF7 and my jaw dropped. Unfortunately I don't have the platinum yet, but after my first playthrough I knew I had to play Crisis Core. Luckily I did! Zack is a very well-written character who I liked more than Cloud. I liked the parallels between the games and an extra backround lore is always good! Brown - Heavy Rain And another great Story telling game. Unfortunately, the controls have aged a bit badly. Even if the story has a few moments where you ask yourself, like in every horror movie, why is the character so dumb right now? The story itself is really brutal when you make some decisions. Grey - The Last of Us: Remastered (hope it counts as grey) In 2014 I played the game once on my PS4 at the time and never touched it again. Even back then I thought the story was very well told and with Joel and Ellie we have one of the best adult-child/teenage duos in the history of video games. After having a lot of fun playing through the game again, I felt a bit queasy when I thought about the MP. But I found such a great boosting group and we were able to get the online trophies within 3-4 evenings. Black - Splinter Cell Blacklist Some of you may have read it before and are “annoyed” by it or others may have guessed it from my profile picture, but with Splinter Cell Ubisoft has created a game series that manages to captivate me again and again and to play it over and over again. Sam Fisher is such a bad ass character and together with Lambert they form a funny duo, where some of the lines are simply hilarious. Blacklist is actually one of the parts I like best. It's now 11 years old and it still looks to me like it was released in 2021.

The saving grace is that there is a trophy for doing the 8-bit version of Celeste, and this mode has no Assists so you have to do it legit. However, it's only a handful of levels and the game respawns you quickly and you just practice and practice until you get it done. I am willing to accept the 'cheating' as I like the music and the gameplay but I suck at Kaizo games where you have to pull off sick Super Mario Odyssey moves to clear a screen. I will probably put this in the same slot for my third Rainbow Card, as I am starting to run out of options for purple game images that I would play. (This means that this will be the only Kaledioscope event I ever play in my life unless 2025 drops a ton of colorful and fun titles. )

Popular Post cstanci
Update number....8? I think it's 8. Anyway!! Finished up Bee Simulator for YELLOW. Enjoyed the game when I thought it would be a slog. The only part that was annoying was that some of the races/chases were kind of a pain in the butt, but that was really about it. Oh, and the grinding to collect 3,000 pollen post-game (since I only had around 1,400 after beating the game.) Working on The Wild at Heart for TAN. Should be done with that game in the next day or so (barring anything crazy.) REALLY enjoying this game a lot - fun puzzles, cool story, and some collectibles that were fun to figure out how to get. Really good game. No idea what is next since this will fill out my card. Haven't decided if I should try for a second card or not. Also trying to finish up the Platinum Every Genre Challenge and I am shockingly close on that.
Popular Post DrBloodmoney
One more Entry for Card 2! Box: Red Game: "Punch Club" A Rocky-and-80s-movie-themed combination management sim, life sim and Lite adventure game, where the player controls a character fighting his way up the chain from lowly puncher in a dead-end job... to either champion of the world, or kingpin of the underworld. It's a resource and time management sim for the most part, where plate spinning between training, working, living, eating, sleeping, fighting has to be measured against a ticking clock, and where body-building is constantly fighting the decay of apathy and entropy, as you struggle to make enough time and money to keep on top of constantly draining measures of fitness, while unlocking different special skills and fighting techniques... ...but the game also throws in a lot of adventure-game style quest lines, mostly involving absurd parodies of movies and TV staples - from Rocky, to Robocop, to Terminator, to Streets of Fire... to even things like Shawshank Redemption, Mortal Kombat, Street Fighter... and even Jay and Silent Bob. A simple enough idea, but it's done with a lot of humour and heart - it plays quite well, and has a surprising amount of depth in the quest lines - I was finding whole new story paths and new elements Weill into the 3rd and fourth playthroughs. Red sticks out the most by far, so seems like a lock for this box!
Popular Post ProfSeajay7
I might be changing my designation for Green because I just platted this game and there is a lot of green in the background. Secret of Mana has more green in it but we'll see. Sadly Nexomon Extinction is hogging the PS4 Pro so I might not see that game in a while...
Popular Post cstanci
Update #9!! Finished my first card. REALLY enjoyed THE WILD AT HEART for TAN. Would highly recommend to anyone. Guess I will see if I can get a second card in - should have a DLC for XCOM 2 finished very soon and I guess that will start the new card. Anyway - here is the FINISHED first card!
Popular Post Yen-Pop
11/16 down! For Yellow we have Cat Quest, which I'm pretty sure I'm the last person alive to play it because everyone and their mother has especially now that it's free through PS Extra (along with the sequel by the way). It was simple but fun, and there's something about games set up like it that are like potato chips - you just want to keep going and going until the bag's empty. I'd love to think I would be able to finish a whole other card, maybe with DLCs and stuff, but I'm not really banking on it. We'll see! Spoiler White: Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order Yellow: Cat Quest Tan: LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga Orange: Tinykin Red: Maneater Pink: Maroon: Transference Purple: Deep Purple: SpongeBob SquarePants: The Cosmic Shake Blue: Overcooked 2 Light Blue: Overcooked 2: Surf 'n Turf Green: Maneater: Truth Quest DLC Light Green: We Love Katamari Reroll+ Royal Reverie Brown: The Wild at Heart Grey: Cult of the Lamb: Sins of the Flesh DLC Black: Control
Popular Post Doodlebawp
Big update for card #2 🌈🌈! Twelve Minutes - I fucked up big time with this game. You relive the same 12 minutes over and over again until you solve the scenario's mystery the "right" way. Given how some scenarios play out, I did my trophies in the WORST order. If you've played this game you can probably figure out what that order was 🤢 Diablo 4 - With the recent changes to the game, Diablo 4 is basically a slightly better version of Diablo 3. The endgame is lacking but the trophy hunting was fun. Cookie Cutter - Good animations. Decent combat. Weird story. Tries to be edgy and funny and fails in both regards. Overall I had fun. I Am Dead - A short indie collectathon. Not bad. Animal Well - I adore this game. Amazing puzzles. Amazing atmosphere. Amazing everything. The last time I had this much fun puzzle solving was when I played the original Portal. Some of the puzzles and progression mechanics were a bit obtuse but overall I'd give the game a 9.5 out of 10. Quake II - My first Quake game. I'll give the original version a try sometime in the distant future. One boomer shooter per year is more than enough for me. I'm glad I gave it a shot.
Popular Post WDB_Chaotic
Big update, have gotten a lot done recently. played through saints row 3 for a third time, absolutely love that game so no complaints there. Also played Wreckfest which was a bit grindy but it wasn't too bad. I finally finished Dreamfall chapters after starting it 5 years ago... I really don't know why it took me so long because it was fantastic, incredible world in that series. To end I got my 200th Platinum. i always try to do big games for milestones ones and considering plat 100 was god of war 2018, 200 had to be Ragnarok.
ProfSeajay7
So, what color do you think the Oceanhorn 2 image is dominant in? I need to know, I have some ideas for games but I'd like to put that image on my second card. Probably going to use the game I am currently playing for Black unless the background of Nexomon: Extinction is transparent.

Popular Post GT__Jedi
Tails Noir (Red) Really nice game. A post-noir game based in Vancouver with your character played as a raccoon detective by the name of Howard Lotor. Anything that is a dystopian journey catches my eye, and this game did not disappoint. Just FYI this game was originally named Backbone, but I think Tails Noir does it justice. Personally, I liked this game much more than the Phoenix Wright series, but I guess to each his own 😁 Next game I'm working on will be Spiritfarer.

Popular Post Limitedsphere
I'm closing in on the first card with three new colors down. Green is BioShock 2. A game I started 13 years ago but didn't get around to finish. Mainly because of the multiplayer grind. I finally got around to do it. I didn't care for the multiplayer grind but completing the story again thirteen years later on hard was fun. It felt like a fresh game because I couldn't remember anything. And BioShock 2 is an amazing game perhaps not the best in the series but it still holds up rather well! Phantom Liberty for Red. It's the only DLC I have on my card because it feels like an entire game of it's own. It's a fantastic DLC. Truly brilliant writing that takes you unexpected places. Get ready for neon-drenched somberness. Dredge for Brown. Fishing is relaxing right? Until cliffs starts appearing out of nowhere and something slimy slithers onto your trawler. Great fun with eldritch horrors in this Lovecraftian fishing simulator. I think i'll do the Spongebob game on plus for Deep Purple, but I don't know what I'll do for light green. Any good suggestions?

Popular Post Fanatixa1
Hey everyone, I completed my first rainbow by completing Sumatra fate of Yandi and Call of the sea. Both games are not too long but enjoyable. Popular Post GT__Jedi
Spiritfarer (White) Woah, now this is a powerful game. For me, it reminded me of a combination of Stardew Valley and Journey; meeting people, creating, building your home, love and loss. I HIGHLY recommend this game. It was beautiful, fun and the characters were engaging and interesting. I got attached to all of them, and when they asked to be taken to the Everdoor I felt a great sadness. I even kept some of them around just because I didn't want to lose them. Building and exploring was a blast! Graphics were seamless, no glitches or problems, and the trophies popped without issues. There is quite a bit of information online if you get stuck or just have questions on the game. This is not a game to try to rush, but one to enjoy and just go for the ride. Play it.
