sk_lp_him
It looks like a mobile game with waiting timers to refill your energy or complete a task.
Popular Post Boni_Neto
Me: hey, how about using the power of the PS5 to create new games based on The Lord of the Rings trilogy, where we can have big maps like The Witcher 3? Devs: how about a broken game about Gollum that no one has ever asked? Me: Ok, it flopped. How about now? Devs: How about a game about the dwarves of Moria that no one has ever asked? Me: Okay, it flopped. How about now? Devs: How about Stardew Valley with hobbits? Me: fuck off, I give up... 1
Charizarzar
I'll still play it, even if it looks like Diet Stardew Valley.
Pray_4_the_End
Why can't we just get another Shadow of Mordor/War sequel/spin-off instead of all this other LoTR shit literally no one wants? Too much to ask I guess...
kenseizenkai
@Pray_4_the_EndMiddle-Earth: Shadow of War is 1 of my favorite games from PS4 era! Problem is those games were produced by WB Games & WB lost the license back in 2021. Embracer Group bought the rights to majority of Middle-Earth ip in 2023. Vulpine9Tails
It kinda looks like a reskinned Harvest Moon which isn't the worst thing I've seen.

DrBloodmoney
Perfect. I can't believe we haven't had this already. I mean, as we all know... ...the most exciting part of the continent-spanning, hero-questing, war-waging, magic-wielding, sword-swinging, axe-axing, bow-firing, political-intruige-intruiging, enchantment-muttering, sorcerer-ensorcling, spider-battling, dark-riddling, swash-buckling adventure that is the Tolkien universe... ....is the day-to-day lives of the hobbits who didn't leave the Shire...
shadaik
Hmm, looks like it's more in spirit of the Hobbit book than LotR. I'm cautiously optimistic and will just refrain from connecting this more to the sequel trilogy.
ProfSeajay7
I saw this when I was clearing messages from my phone. It's interesting, like Stardew Valley in Middle Earth. Hobbits are one of my favorite races. Edited Sunday at 07:53 PM by ProfSeajay7
Redgrave
This kind of game works pretty well for the Hobbits so I'm glad someone thought of it. The only thing is that the artstyle looks too much like a mobile game and the lighting could use some more work but I will probably be open to getting it somewhere down the road so I can spend many hours making second breakfast, elevenses, luncheon, and afternoon tea.
