Rivera (the guy pitching) should be clearly noticeable (Don't cover him up too much). And I'd like "Rivera - 42" written on it at the bottom, with bold letters in a normal, Arial/TimesNewRoman font. No border.

I personally like the horizontal rules and what you say is a just an opinion....if you are going to decide who to request a sig from based on not their work but their horizontal rules in their Shop....that's your decision....thanks for the feedback though and I'll consider changing it up in the near future.....
