Popular Post Aela
I NO LONGER UPDATE THIS Another day, another generic trophy checklist (I'm aware of its current blandness, I aim to improve that soon) - (Ideas/sections will be added as they're thought of) Brief biography: My first memories of console gaming was with the PS1, I must have been around the age of 6 at the time. My favourite games for this system were Spider-Man, Soul Blade and G-Police. My favourite Sony console so far has to be the PS2, due to the amount of amazing titles it boasts, and childhood nostalgia it owns over me. In 2010, I find myself waking up on Christmas day to my very own PS3 slim, and in 2012, I also find myself waking up on Christmas day to a PS Vita. Then 3 years later, the collection is completed as I find myself owning a PS4 I simply started trophy hunting due to boredom, and now I can no longer really play games without trophies. No trophies = lackadaisicalness I'm a trophy completionist, but I've still to achieve 100% trophy completion at least once this year - it's one of my goals (acheieved June 11th) And without further ado: (updated: 26/06/15) Platinums from what system : 11 : 10 : 2 Platinum rarities: Common: 0 Uncommon: 7 Rare: 4 Very Rare: 3 Ultra Rare: 9 2014 12 24 367 415 (Trophies earned this year) 12 - 69% (What level and % they add up to) 1 - Soulcalibur V Soulcalibur V Rating: 10/10 Difficulty: 1/10 I had to make my first platinum an ultra rare, and this is also my number one favourite PS3 game. The difficulty rating is purely subjective here due to having spent over 1000 hours prior to even attaining any trophies for this game on this account I'd advise this game to anyone; be it for trophies or just entertainment. But beware whilst playing online: there are many arrogant players 2 - Ratchet & Clank 3: Up Your Arsenal Ratchet & Clank 3: Up Your Arsenal Rating: 10/10 Difficulty: 1/10 One of the many games that made up my childhood. I've always loved this game, and it sure was delightfully gratifying to play through it again "Another day, another death-course..." 3 - Ratchet: Deadlocked Ratchet: Deadlocked Rating: 10/10 Difficulty: 1/10 Yet another game that makes it to my metaphorical list of nostalgia - I'd always play this when I was younger, like all the Ratchet & Clank games, it has a tonne of replayability, and that's one thing I remember the most about this game; that I'd just constantly play it over-and-over, collecting great masses of bolts due to bolt multipliers and purchasing and upgrading everything I had I've really enjoyed playing and attaining all the trophies for this game. That being said, there are minor glitches in some cutscenes, but apart from that the HD port is perfect PS: I loved being so overpowered using the Mini Turret Launcher, it's very cute 4 - Aliens vs Predator Aliens vs Predator Rating: 8.5/10 Difficulty: 9 I'm very happy that I've attained this platinum - To 100% this game is not easy, at all. The online matchmaking and xp levelling system is also terrible I had earned all but "The Six Pack" online trophies without a boosting group; which shows that a fair amount of people still play the game online, however patience is needed when searching for ranked matches Regarding offline trophies, they're all pretty straightforward and easy, however when it comes to completing the marine campaign on Nightmare, you will indeed be tested for both patience and concentration. (Facehuggers are such a pain on Nightmare ) If I could give any tips to complete the trophy list for this game, it would be to use Predator whilst playing ranked matches for online trophies (he has the most advantage), and to take your absolute time and caution whilst playing the marine campaign on Nightmare (and pretty much the game as a whole) A lot of determination is needed for this platinum 5 - LittleBigPlanet () LittleBigPlanet Raiting: 8/10 Difficulty: 4/10 I had attained the platinum for this game a lot quicker than originally anticipated. The LittleBigPlanet games are adorable, and I couldn't not platinum the one that started it all off... this little babbie... By far the most painful trophy is "Play" - patience is really needed for this game when it comes to achieving aced status on all levels. But this can be easily achieved with patience and determination (two things I'd like to say all trophy hunters have anyway) Also, a special thanks goes out to Gay_Panda_666 and their patience for helping me with difficult x2 prize bubbles, and x4 bubbles 6 - LittleBigPlanet 2 LittleBigPlanet 2 Rating: 9/10 Difficulty: 5/10 I must say, attaining the platinum for this game was a long and tiring process; but in the end, it paid off, it always does I was easily able to obtain all prize bubbles myself due to the owning of 3 DS3 controllers + PS Move (so thankfully I didn't have to rely on the help of others) Acing all the story levels, surprisingly, wasn't as hard and time-consuming as I thought it would have been - Although, 2 or 3 levels took me A LOT of attempts One extremely annoying and time-consuming trophy, (the last I needed for the platinum), respectively, was "1440 Minutes of Create". I had opened and closed my poppit once every minute to count as being active, and I wondered at this point whether It would be better just buying a cheap turbo controller so I could leave it on overnight. (But the £10 I planned on buying one with went to top-up my PSN wallet instead, there were very good PSN sales. ) Oh, and I also made sure this platinum was my 500th trophy! This game I found to be slightly harder than the first. I find it funny, the antagonist of the game is a giant vacuum that sucks up things, but it's not just in-game polygonal generated objects that are sucked up, it's also your hours of time as you fully immerse yourself into this truly amazing world of imagina- yeah, too cheesy! To overall conclude, LittleBigPlanet 2 is an amazing game, and I suggest you play this game for fun and not just for trophies - But if you are going for this game's platinum, you better be up for the long, determined process 7, 8, 9 - Sound Shapes Sound Shapes (x3) Rating: 7/10 Difficulty: 5/10 I know, I know... Please don't look at me like that... I regretting having 3 trophy lists instead of just one; they've all really inflamed my average rarity and I guess it seems pretty desperate for trophies Shame aside, this game is beautiful and unique. I still don't understand how the platinum is so common. I completed death mode within about 4 hours, but I could definitely see how frustration is conjured from this game 10 - Surgeon Simulator Surgeon Simulator Rating: 7/10 Difficulty: 9.5/10 Ugh, where do I start? - I had to make my 10th platinum milestone a good one, you know? I mean, what better trophy name is there than "There Is Nothing More To Teach..."? This game was the cause of many headaches and I often questioned myself as to why I was even going for its platinum. I admit, I bought this game specifically for its ultra rares; I wanted to challenge myself. This was also my first trophy under 1.00% rarity! The controls are VERY glitchy, for example I would pick something up, and the object would start to violently shake; thus resulting in some sort of hand spasm, or it would simply slip out of grip - Even at times, it'd randomly go flying into the air (it was actually pretty funny) I'd only recommend this game for trophy hunters if they a tonne of extra ultra rare trophies, apart from that, you should definitely purchase it for its entertainment nonetheless. The game is very unique, and it sure is popular among YouTubers for a reason - The game is hilarious, it's logic is illogical: Where's the sense in ripping out all your chest organs just to replace the heart, then die anyway? By far the most difficult trophies are the ambulance and space related ones, but apart from that you'll be pretty much earning ultra trophies without too much effort (although you will most likely end up restarting the operations a lot) 11 - RESOGUN () RESOGUN Raiting: 8/10 Difficulty: 6/10 I purchased this game on sale, and was glad I did so when I started playing it. This game is merely one example at showing what the PS4 is truly capable of in terms of on-screen rendering. This game is visually stunning, and overall, a very good shoot em' up 12 - Minecraft () Minecraft Rating: 7.5/10 Difficulty: 1/10 Not much to say about this platinum. I pretty much got it over the course of a night due to a friend inviting me to his world which was set up for trophies. This platinum is currently my fastest, but I do aim to beat that sometime %' Aabs Animals () Aabs Animals Rating: 1/10 Difficulty: N/A I'm guilty - Only did this for gold trophies Pure Chess () Pure Chess Rating: 5/10 Difficulty: 1/10 What can I say? It's just chess, no biggie - Chess fans will like this game. I used a chess AI program called "Bringer" to eliminate the CPU AI, and it did so rather easily. I also used video guides. This game isn't hard at all as long as you use these resources 2015 (so far) 11 61 121 380 12 - 10% 13 - Wolfenstein: The New Order Wolfenstein: The New Order Rating: 8.5/10 Difficulty: 3/10 I purchased the Occupied Edition of this game online on Christmas day - it was very cheap. It also came with a code for the inevitable Doom beta This game is very visually impressive, but halfway through the story I found myself getting bored. Following guides for the collectibles started to become tedious too I used the glitch to complete the game on Über 14 - inFAMOUS First Light inFAMOUS First Light Rating: 6/10 Difficulty: 2/10 I've only ever really played the first inFAMOUS on PS3. So jumping gaps in the series probably isn't the best way to go, but I digress This game looks and plays great, but being honest, a quarter of the way through I found myself extremely bored. Completing all challenges was also a rather tedious, dragging task 15 - Final Horizon () Final Horizon Rating: 3/10 Difficulty: 1/10 Yet another game I only have the trophies for due to it being from PS Plus. I'd like to say I'm a major fan of tower defense games, but this game was just so very boring. I don't really have anything else to say 16 - LittleBigPlanet 3 () LittleBigPlanet 3 Rating: 7/10 Difficulty: 3 Whelp, to continue the already extremely popular and well known LittleBigPlanet franchise, Sumo Digital has provided us with what is LittleBigPlanet 3 So, because I was extremely eager to play this new LittleBigPlanet game on the latest console, I had purchased this bundle: The Oddsock plushie never actually arrived with the bundle itself. Myself obviously being emotionally unstable, and in tears because of this, had emailed the seller, and thus a week later it was in my possession. It's... also a lot smaller than advertised, though - But nonetheless adorable. (I've still to even take the PS Eye out of its wrapping) So firstly upon playing this game, I was happy with pretty much everything about it; be it from the upgraded visuals, smooth frame rate (60fps, isn't it?), new story, characters - and what appealed to me the most: Better creation! The creation aspect of the LittleBigPlanet games themselves is undoubtedly the major strong point of the franchise and is responsible for its overall success But... Unfortunately, all it took was a couple of hours and I was left... bored. I wasn't even sure why- I just wasn't in the zone to the play this game, indulged. I think it may be because the game is lacking that subtle yet noticeable detail that the more stronger LittleBigPlanet fans could notice from Media Molecule. I'm still not sure why Media Molecule had handed LittleBigPlanet over to Sumo Digital, but I always do wonder how it would have turned out if they themselves had worked on this game The introduction of the new 3 playable characters: Oddsock, Toggle and Swoop at first had daunted me. I was unsure where Sumo Digital was heading with this new idea - This is the part where'd I normally say the cliche "If it's not broke, don't fix it", but Sumo Digital did more than a great job with the implementation of these 3 new characters, and it's what makes this game stand out from the previous. We already had a very iconic Sackboy, so why not mix it up a little with some new additions? I had barely played this game at first. I had only got the easiest and most accessible trophies at the time, and then recently went back to it to sweep up its platinum for my 1000th trophy milestone. And being honest, if it wasn't for the milestone, it'd still be waiting on my profile with its previous 50-60% trophy completion. I really hope I can fully indulge into this game at a later date, but for now, not even the creation is capable of doing that Perhaps if Media Molecule had worked on this game, then my opinion would be different, but I'll never know But overall, the platinum for this game is not hard, and the only trophies which should be rather tedious to attain, respectively, are Ace Adventurer, and A guy called Quest 17 - Oddworld: Munch's Oddysee HD () Oddworld: Munch's Oddysee HD Rating: 3/10 Difficulty: 2.5/10 So yeah, I'm really glad I've finally now got this platinum. Being honest, I didn't really enjoy this game - however I'll give it credit for being very unique; original, and funny This game really did creep me out if I'm being honest... I'm not sure if the creators of this game were on drugs or something, but eh, the drugs couldn't have been as bad as the ones the creator of Alice In Wonderland must have been using Not much else to say about this game, apart from that its platinum is the rarity that it is due to glitched trophies - And I was able to easily overcome this problem due to a simple solution: Upon loading the game, first of all, download the update. Once the update has downloaded and you have entered the game, play and save on a level. Delete the game and redownload it, this time rejecting the update - Doing so leaves you with using a patched save, but an un-patched game; thus resulting in no glitched trophies whatsoever This game is quite the boost for easy, ultra rare trophies - But some good patience is needed to attain them, because the game, for me anyway, seemed to certainly drag 18 - Borderlands 2 () Borderlands 2 (PS4) Rating: 10/10 Difficulty: 1/10 Ah, Borderlands 2 - One of my favourite games. This game is very unique and original - It looks and plays a whole lot better on the PS4, and it's reasons like that that allow me to indulge myself more into it and enjoy it more I have 100% on this on my old account, so I was no newcomer for its release on the PS4. This game is just bursting with 10s of hours of gameplay and humour, and whoever finds themselves playing this game will most likely enjoy it. I sure wasn't rushing to get its platinum. I'd recommend this game to anyone 19 - Alien: Isolation () Alien: Isolation Rating: 10/10 Difficulty: 4/10 I'd like to now say Alien: Isolation is my favourite game on the PS4. I pretty much love everything about this game, but what obviously makes it stick out is its horror factor Playing this game on Hard difficulty truly is the best experience, I found it absolutely terrifying When I first encountered and had to deal with the presence of a Xenomorph, casually strolling about the place like as if it was no one's business, I was helpless. I kept dying. I'd hide in lockers, but it would always stick around. As soon as I left the locker, it seemed to come back and investigate Halfway through the game, inevitably, I got a lot better - I was a lot more cautious. But nonetheless, still hearing that green dot beep faster and come closer on the radar was always an uneasy feeling. And what really terrified me was when loud ambiance played (to alert you that you've been seen). And sometimes it would play even though I hadn't been seen - It felt very hyperbolic and made my heart race! So far I've only referred to the Xenomorph, the androids and humans can be just as terrifying! (Okay, maybe not so much with the humans) Creative Assembly did an absolutely amazing job on the Xenomorph's logic, and the fact that it's it's totally unscripted means that you're going to have to be real careful whilst playing through this, especially on the harder difficulties, respectively I completed this game on hard several months ago, so fortunately I just played on novice difficulty whilst sweeping up other trophies and going for my One Shot trophy. Playing through this game on novice is obviously going to contrast a lot to hard or nightmare; you don't even need to crouch, you can just walk everywhere without attracting the Xenomorph - so it's a total breeze My school friend kept asking if I got the platinum for this months ago, and we both agreed that Alien: Isolation is certainly a game you need to be in the mood to play and fully indulge yourself in, otherwise it's just no fun and you're most likely going to fail at it Towards completing the game a 2nd time, I remembered I had died and voided my One Shot trophy (completing the game without dying). I gave myself the benefit of the doubt by completing it anyway, but to my disappointment the trophy failed to pop nonetheless - but luckily I remembered what mission I had actually died in (14), so I just sped-ran from the start of that that mission prior to my death (using mission select) to the end of the game within about 2.5 hours, whilst listening to music (not recommended, sound is key to survival in this game ) TIP: If you a hear a screech and then heavy, fast claws running towards your direction, just pause and load your current save, because you're already dead But to subjectively conclude, Alien: Isolation is a terrifying yet addictive game. I loved the horror! But you have to be in the mood in order to play it and be patient enough to progress. Impatience will literally get you nowhere in this game. You will also need to crouch everywhere (on Hard, anyway), the only exceptions being when enemies are clearly not present on the radar. Novice or easy difficulty should be no problem at all 20 - Battle Fantasia Battle Fantasia (Ewww, look at that image quality) Rating: 6/10 Difficulty: 8/10 I purchased and platted this game with the full intention of getting ultra rare trophies, that's the only reason, and heck - this game boasts 40 of them - Subjectively, the only real hard trophy for this game is which is now my hardest attained gold trophy. I was so excited when I got it that my nails accidentally pierced my skin as I clenched my hands out of excitement... oops. My friend watched me try this trophy prior and they were just like "wut..." Seriously though, anyone could easily get at least 15+ ultra rare trophies from this game, it's highly recommended to people who go after ultra rares. My friend originally advised that I get this game, and thankfully the sweetheart promised and helped me boost its online trophies (servers are completely dead, and we disconnected over 25 times nonetheless), so props to him otherwise I wouldn't even have this game synced to my profile Getting 100% gallery was such a pain. Out of all 12 characters, I only had 4 left at one point (getting 100% on just one character takes around 25-30 minutes), and upon re-entering the game the next again morning, I was perplexed to see that I was now left with all characters at 0%... Yeah, it turned out that I had never saved the game, at all, whenever I had played it. I had to go through ALL 8 characters again, and then finish off the 4 I had left prior... If you're playing this game, make sure auto-save is enabled in options. I also had to do some other trophy requirements again because they also counted towards the gallery percentage. I just laughed the whole ordeal off - silly me. I also held off this platinum for a month to make it my 20th 21 - Child of Eden Child of Eden Rating: 9/10 Difficulty: 8/10 Child of Eden is an extremely unique and visually stunning game. I like to describe it as "visual ecstasy" due to it's contrasting colours, design, and amazing music. I can't really say I've played a game like this before, though I'm told the game REZ on the PS2 is its predecessor I started this game in January, and have left it idle for sometime now as I find myself completing its trophies 5 months later... I can't say this game is easy, and even at first on normal difficulty, you're going to find it troublesome, and then once you're confident with normal difficulty, you're going to get kicked in the teeth by hard difficulty - sometimes upon losing all my health, I would just drop my controller on my desk and say "NOPE.". At this point a break is imminent Elaborating upon its trophies, the game is a trial and error experience. Playing the different archives over-and-over will inevitably sculpture you to not only the predictability of enemy spawn, but to know when to octo-lock enemies in sync of the music - and so in my opinion, if you spend long enough on a certain stage, it isinevitable that you're going to attain 5 gold stars in it (the maximum scoring) There's also an infamous bastard of a fish on the first archive called the Matrix that has been deemed the name "Ernesto" - it spawns out of a cube rather late, and most of the time the oblivious trophy hunter will destroy this cube before it even spawns; thus messing up 100% purification (purification = % of enemies destroyed) meaning you can't get gold stars on that level... You don't even understand how many times I'd complete the Matrix to find out I only had 99% purification because of that satan-spawn... Child of Eden is a really good game, I'd recommend it for someone looking for a new type of genre or a trophy hunter that wants a challenge and a lot of ultra rare trophies (28 of them) 22 - Injustice: Gods Aming Us Ultimate Edition Injustice: Gods Among Us Ultimate Edition Rating: 9/10 Difficulty: 8.5/10 I have quite the story to tell with this game. But when this game first came out for PS+, I had no intention of adding it to my profile. Instead, I played it on my old account - until I finally decided that I'd like a rare-ass platinum. Back in December, it was a gratifying thought, thinking of attaining all of this game's trophies, and I knew It'd be inevitable that I would, and well, I now have I took a gamble with Injustice. I had only ever played it at my friend's house when I stayed over, once. I had no previous experience with this game. The only fighting game I'm really good at is Soulcalibur V, so when I add any other fighting game to my profile, there's a risk that I may not be able complete it due to difficulty, no matter what, I'll get the platinum because I'm always determined The most difficult trophies on this game are Ultimate Battler and World's Finest. Ultimate Battle requires you to complete 20 battles, but it's only the last 2 battles that make this trophy so rare "The Max", and "Impossible". The Max requires you to defeat 10 CPU in a row on the hardest difficulty, without losing once. Impossible requires you to defeat 24 characters in a row without losing once, too, but there's a catch, your health doesn't renew with each enemy you defeat. It only increases depending on what you do during the fight (using interactables, combo length, etc), and the most you can increase it is by 65%, and the difficulty of each CPU slowly increases, but still isn't too hard even at the 24th enemy. I found the Impossible rather easy, but The Max took me around 8 tries to complete at first When first going for the Ultimate Battler trophy, once I had thought I had completed all the battles, it perplexed me as to why the trophy didn't pop... So I actually did all but 2 of the battles again thinking it could trigger it, the 2 battles I didn't do again were The Max and well.... the 4th one it turned out I had actually missed in the first place... But I have now done The Max another 3 times out of boredom, and so now I'm very confident for when I'm going to attain the platinums for the US and PS3 versions of the game The World's Finest trophy is to complete all the original 240 lab missions with 3 stars. The lab missions themselves aren't exactly agonisingly difficult, but some of them can be insanely tedious and actually do require luck on your part. It felt horrible, for example, beating a very annoying lab mission, to then see you have over 100 left to do. It really did increase my apathy towards them, and that's why I had done just over 100 of them near the beginning of the year, and then left the rest to do months later. Luckily there is also a lot of easy lab missions, too, and so it felt good to be greeted with an easy one straight after completing a hard one The 2 hardest trophies aside, it's now time for the grindiest one: The Hero We Deserve, which requires you to reach level 100. This trophy has got to be the worst grind trophy I've attained to date on my profile. Out of boredom, using a level up method which only required one hand and single button taps, I actually figured out all the calculation with my other hand. The most effective way to level up is to get a boosting partner, and get a 50 win streak, this gives you x10 xp. After that, purchase x5 xp from the archives. In total you'll have x15. Then head to the Hall of Justice on multiplayer versus mode with Doomsday and go to the far right by the robot and keep pressing the interactable button. The maximum times you can interact is 90 per minute, getting 50 xp each time: 90*50 = 4500*15 = 67500 xp per minute. 67500*60 = 4050000 xp per hour (level 100 is 50,796,671 xp) (literally 67,729 button clicks later, and I had finally attained the trophy) Leveling up manually is no doubt another reason as to why the platinum on the PS4 is so rare, whereas on the PS3, turbo controllers exists. I spent 14 hours alone getting this trophy I better not type too much, I guess (HAH). But overall, Injustice in my opinion is a very good fighting game. To platinum the game isn't exactly easy, but in no way, shape or form should it be the current rarity that it is on the PS4. If you want to base this game's difficulty off of rarity, then look at the PS3 version of this game, because it's a lot more accurate. I've also made this platinum my 1337th trophy I'm also aiming to attain the PS3 and PS4 US Injustice platinums (I already own the PS3 version), because I'm extremely confident with this game now, and I wouldn't mind a couple of more ultra rare platinums, especially another one under 0.10%, despite it not even living up to that rarity in terms of difficulty 23 - Metro 2033 Redux Metro 2033 Redux Rating: 9/10 Difficulty: 1.5/10 Hmm... Well, I can't say I've ever played a Metro game before, but I'd seen gameplay of it a few years ago, so I had a rough idea of what to expect. I purchased Metro Redux on the PS4 from a sale for £11.99 - so that means I still have Metro Last Light to play, too One thing that sticks out from this game is the disgustingly stereotypical Russian accents. The lip-syncing wasn't best either, and in some animations and cutscenes, your Russian allies seem to move like stiff stickmen The visuals and the way the game plays on the PS4 is fine. But my PS4 would sound very loud whilst playing it, and hilariously loud when I entered the PS4 home menu with the application open in the background But let's talk about the horror aspect of the game. There are creatures called "Mutants". There are many mutants; the most common being the "Watchers" and "Nosalis". They're both pretty much like a hybrid between a giant rat and a werewolf. Either way - pretty nasty... I'd try to be quiet in a level to avoid their attention, but somehow I'd always make some form of noise, and the next thing I hear is a howl, and before I know it, a big pack of the creatures are out to eat my brains - which are such a pain to deal with, by the way There are also "Demons" which are pretty much gargoyles, they're such a pain in the ass and you're very vulnerable to them if out in the open (you get a trophy for killing 2 demons and these are normally really tedious to kill, so I made a video of an easy method of killing them which can be found ), and there are also "Librarians" which are the most fearsome creatures in the game (imagine a large gorilla with a mutated body, and a totally fucked up face)... and at one point... you're going to have to deal with quite a lot of librarians in a cramped up space, which isn't nice, at all. In this game, when you're outside or in certain parts of the underground, you need to wear a gasmask. For the gasmask, you need filters - which can be found throughout the game or purchased on certain chapters. If you run out of filters, you will die of asphyxiation. I had to restart a chapter because halfway through it, I kept running out of filters and dying. So making sure you're always topped up on filters is a priority. Fortunately (which I found out after restarting the chapter), when you're close to running out of filters, you can equip and then unequip your gasmask (you have around 30 seconds before you die of asphyxiation), so this exploit can be abused until you find more filters. For example, if you have 10 seconds of filter left, each equip and unequip taking up 1 second, you'll have around 5 minutes before you ultimately die This game requires 2 playthroughs for the platinum, so at least I was able to sweep up the remaining trophies I hadn't got on the 1st playthrough such as the "Scrooge" trophy which requires you to have 1000 military-grade rounds saved up at one time (in-game currency). On the first playthrough, I'd only managed to have around 800 and that was after selling all of my items, whereas on the second, I reached over 1000 halfway through the game, and finished with around 1500 (without selling anything). Good exploration is very useful for finding resources such as ammo, gasmask filters and military-grade rounds, and will be required for this game's platinum. There are also safes in the game which contain lots of military-grade rounds, but you'll need to find the keys to open them Anyway, if you've made it past all of the above text, then I congratulate you and would recommend you this game if you've not already played it. I'd say it's a good, well-playing and unique game (albeit those madly stereotypical Russian accents) and will create a subtle atmosphere of virtual despair, cautiousness and uneasiness. This game is pretty spooky and should keep you on your toes. Also advised to horror fans %' PlayStation Home PlayStation Home Rating: 6.5/10 Difficulty: N/A I synced this trophy list to my profile by mistake whilst trying to access the PS store... Since I had plenty of time to 100% it, I thought I might as well #RIPinPeace Titan Attacks! () Titan Attacks! Rating: 3/10 Difficulty: 3/10 I found this game somewhat difficult at first for some reason. I then came back to it a few weeks later and attained all of its trophies no problem Duke Nukem 3D: Megaton Edition () Duke Nukem 3D: Megaton Edition Rating: 6/10 Difficulty: 4/10 This game so far has been the worst in terms of prolongation and lackadaisicalness. It drove me into trophy hiatus. I was glad to finally get it over and done with Daylight Daylight Rating: 1/10 Difficulty: 1/10 This atrocity was just- nope... This game is incredibly terrible, and it had been incomplete on my profile for a long time. It's not even hard; but its procedural generation of collectibles (remnants) means a simple video guide cannot be used, and the game never even spawned all of them anyway - at least not for the first 20 times ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I would not recommend this game to anyone, and if it weren't for me being a completionist, I wouldn't have even bothered getting all the trophies Worst game I have played and synced to my profile, but nonetheless I overcame the persistent apathy. Just do yourself a favour and never play this Vessel (X2) Vessel Rating: 3/10 Difficulty: 1/10 I'll admit that I only purchased and played this game for its ultra rare trophies This game isn't hard, and there are simple video guides to follow to obtain pretty much all of the trophies. I personally found this game very boring, but I must still give it credit for being unique - that being said, I can't really say I'd advise this game to anyone for fun. But if you're looking for 13 easy ultra rare trophies, then this is the game to get them on Aaru's Awakening () Aaru's Awakening Rating: 4/10 Difficulty: 6/10 The creator of the guide for this game on PS3T.org rates it a mere 3/10, but I can't say I found it anywhere near as easy at that This game consists of 20 levels (excluding the 3 tutorial levels), they are split up into 4 sections; being day, dusk, night and dawn. Each section has 4 levels, and a boss as the 5th level. The first set of levels (day levels) are pretty much easy and will fool you into thinking the game is going to be an easy 100%. But I certainly wouldn't say it is... As you progress further into the game, the levels get a little bit more difficult, but the last set of levels (dawn levels), I'd say is were all the difficulty is at. I spent over 30 minutes trying to get a gold medal on dawn level 4 because I just had so much trouble with the last sectionThe final boss is just such a tedious pain in the ass, too. The first time I beat it, the application closed due to an error, so all but 2 trophies popped (I got the trophy for all the gold medals, but not the silver and bronze ones), so I had to beat the boss again for them to pop 2015 Trophy Goals: Achieve 100% trophy completion at least once (acheieved June 11th) Attain at least 100 ultra rare trophies 196/100 (achieved April 3rd) Attain at least 10 ultra rare platinums 9/10 Attain at least one platinum under 1.00% rarity (achieved May 8th) Edited September 20, 2015 by Aela

James_Tonto
Nice plat collection overall Aex. You've got some nice rare platinums like AvP & Surgeon Simulator. If you want some advice for rare platinums to go for, I would recommend Mirror's Edge, Red Dead Redemption, Disgaea D2, 3 or 4. Also an idea to spruce up your checklist would be some banners. Nothing too fancy, just a banner above the spoilers for each of your platted games and a banner at the top of the page, with the checklist's title.

Thanks I already have another 2 ultra rare platinums set up (Battle Fantasia and Injustice), I'm just leaving them for milestones. I have Mirror's Edge, but that can wait for now (I have so many games I've still yet to play, and it's not exactly the top of the list) I agree, I'd like to make my checklist more aesthetically pleasing, but I don't know how to make banners (If I tried, you'd no doubt throw-up in your mouth), so for now it's left dry

HcG Clawz
You got already got a nice list, keep it up! I found it hilarious how accurate you were with the surgeon simulator description, especially this one "The controls are VERY glitchy, for example I would pick something up, and the object would start to violently shake; thus resulting in some sort of hand spasm, or it would simply slip out of grip - Even at times, it'd randomly go flying into the air (it was actually pretty funny)" And also for some reason i seem to be one of the few people that actually liked to play daylight
Boooda
Digging the new font, brings back memories of the fat ps3 Grats on getting through daylight, heard it was less than stellar.

Styx2319
Nice list there. There are a few games on there that I've started and don't know that I'll ever manage that shiny plat! I'm looking at you BattleFantasia and LBP 1 & 2!!!

The game is such a pain to platinum, though I noticed you are the fastest achiever on Daylight - each to their own, but oh my... I hate the game! Digging the new font, brings back memories of the fat ps3 Grats on getting through daylight, heard it was less than stellar. Yeah, the font is a simple yet nice touch in my opinion Thank you - Daylight is a hell of a lot less than stellar (subjectively). I'm just so happy to finally have it done Nice list man, it'll be cool to see you with that shiny 100%! Keep it up, when you going to finish up injustice? Or you leaving it for a milestone? Thanks, ilumix I can't wait to reach 100% completion, last I did, I was trophy level 6, I'm sure I'm holding the Injustice platinum off for my 1337th trophy - so that's the earliest I can achieve 100% completion. You may also be surprised to hear that I'm aiming to attain the US and PS3 version platinums, too

The game is such a pain to platinum, though Yes i did the same thing as my mother works in a hospital thought it would be funny to show her how good i am. She made me out for an idiot.. but her reaction was hilarious.
James_Tonto
Nice work on platinums 19-21. Three very awesome platinums. ^^. Oh on a minor note, regarding the banner idea I mentioned.Have you considered asking in the studio/art threads? There's a lot of really talented people in there, who would probably be happy to make you a few banners.
