It was Tighten The Screws from Goodbye Volcano High, requires you to achieve 100% in any performance, and is a silver trophy. I achieved this on the performance for Naomi and Nasser.

While in stealth, turn of the spotlight generator in Pittsburgh

 

Cannot believe they would change the Bloater fights, used to require one Nail Bomb and one Molotov to bring him down [ and Ellie can do that in Part 2 ], now it takes two of each and possible a shot or two from the shotgun to take him down, nightmare!!! Joel got his face ripped about 4 times before I got him down in the School, and 2 times in the Hotel Basement.  Being stealthy is not easy as it was in the original, although I was able to do the underground section in Boston with Tess and Ellie and evade the Clickers, get the safe contents and shiv that Clicker near the ladder, like I did originally.  Somehow I couldn't evade the ones in the Graveyard, and that Tank sees you regardless of whether the gun is facing you.  So I think they have changed the AI of the enemies [ which I don't think was necessary ], and their aggression and difficulty is progressive so evading maybe become harder.  The gameplay is still a challenge, especially with what appears to be new AI regardless of it being Single Player only.

The last trophy was done through chapter select, I had forgotten to pick up the Plant Schematic when I was in the Dam before and also according to the collectibles in the Financial District I had missed a conversation despite following my old printed out guide [ courtesy of PS4trophies ], seems that the conversation with Ellie near the school didn't register properly, so it took me around 3 hrs ish to get back to the dam  area part and at 7 hr mark I was back in the Utah tunnels with infected central, like I was when I started this morning.   

 

The deaths are pretty gory now when you shoot an enemy at close range you see body parts, and Sam's bite is a bit more realistic now.  Tomorrow DLC and Platinum.

Finally, after many months I can say that I've cleared act 2. There is that one problem on the PS5 where it crashes, but aside from that my overal experience with the game feels better then the first time I played through the game, not sure if it will be the same with the finale+ but time will tell.

This was beyond all reason and easily the most miserable thing I've done in this entire Platinum run so far. Getting 10 levels into the Hard and especially the Hyper difficulty is absolutely ludicrous, and is not something any average player can do. Just one mistake and your run is unsalvageable; these modes are torturously unforgiving and not fun in the slightest. These missions really solidified this as my hardest Platinum yet; the arcade games were bad enough with their round 15 lunacy, but Pac-Attack was just excruciatingly difficult. If I ever have to hear the can-can again, I might actually break something.

 

I also did Pac-Land and PAC-MAN Arrangement '05 recently. Thankfully, these were both very easy and fun. Pac-Land has the decency to limit your run to just 10 rounds instead of 15, and the score requirement went down without a fight. PAC-MAN Arrangement had a pretty silly mission that requires you to finish 50 rounds in total even though the game's actual round count is closer to 30, but it wasn't that bad since the game's really short. Honestly, I didn't mind playing more, because it was just a pretty enjoyable experience all around.

 

Pac-Mania is up next. Just four more games to go!
