Avatar_Of_Battle Posted June 5, 2016 Share Posted June 5, 2016 I don't know if they did it on purpose or not...but whoever did the 4th entry for the pikachu render...captured the faded look of the original Red/Blue box art nicely imo, very well done. Definitely the deciding factor for me since I really liked what was done with pikachu #2. #2 Rayquaza looking like it's powering up a beam attack won it over for me. Not a fan of Lucario overall but the 4th entry gave me a weird steel cage feel so I ended up voting for that one. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

It would've been a really hard decision if that wasn't the case. Pro sig 4: I like the clean look and the font a lot. DEMON Posted June 5, 2016 Author Share Posted June 5, 2016 Elite entries were both really good, but in the end of the day #1 got my vote because of the vibrance. In Pro, #1 got my vote again; they were the only one who tried and made the lighting in the signature relate to the render (this was definitely what I wanted to see being done with this render when I selected it) and the text work is definitely spot on. #4 was a close second here to me. And #4 gets my vote in Novice. Really nice FX included. Like someone already said, it's really close to the box art so it looks official. Good entries from all, Novice are allowed to ask for CnC once the battle is over and Pros if they want, can ask for some too! 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

DEMON is the first Elite Champion, they destroyed cmgravekeeper in our first Elite battle! I feel like both put up a good fight and the signatures were definitely what I expected to see out of Elite difficulty. Congratulations to Izularia for winning the Pro battle and to DraculaOpps for winning the Novice battle (was a very close one this time!). Also, question time; since some of you said you had completely forgot or were too busy this week over finals or something, how many of you will prefer the entry duration to be moved up to 7 days? Please answer this and let me know, we will go with whatever the majority wants.Signature Battle will be going back to normal next month with just Pro and Novice difficulties, Elite will return back in Signature Battle VI.
