Well I beat the game I actually thought I had posted my thoughts but I guess not The game was fantastic (not as good as P4G but fantastic). I actually really loved the ending and the Velvet Room scene with everyone was really sad and well done. I also love that even after everything and they are about to get in Makoto's truck and drive away Yusuke still doesn't want to do anything My main team was Joker, Queen, Noir and Fox as those were my favourite characters. I do find it funny though as I was reading the guide's recommendations for beating the Twins it seems that Haru and Yusuke are less desirable than Ann and Ryugi...but I don't care :D. Anyways I got everything done on my first playthrough (except the Hostage trophy) so my next playthrough will just be spent focusing on the twins. I will probably start that after this weekend. Also as a side note, I am playing Life is Strange now and Persona is still leaking into my brain. I keep pressing L1 to use my Third Sense when trying to find stuff in this game and I keep rewinding time. It has seriously happened at least 5 or 6 times. Also now that you completed the story, I can finally elaborate on this: Spoiler In a way Shido was Batman, as in Joker's arch nemesis . The party setup doesn't really matter, as they all have a weakness. The same applies for the equipment, as I did it without any of those. The tips for the fight are just for people who are struggling a lot with it. The hostage trophy is probably the most annoying one. I recommend to play on Safe difficulty, so that Joker can't die. Ok, you can always romance Haru during the second playthrough. Just remember that the levels are reset for everyone, except the personas in the compendium, so party members won't have colossal damage attacks anymore. I'm on 12/18 and it's gut-wrenching that I will probably end up having everyone maxed out except 2 that will be at level 7 or 8 on my BLIND playthrough. If I would've had the 100,000 to fork up to Mifune, I would have made it! Agh! Oh well, guess I'll be giving that second playthrough a go soon! I maxed out my social stats early in the game and then just focused on confidants in the second half of the game or so. I didn't plan that out very well, but I wanted to ensure that they were maxed out before the end of my first playthrough. As for video games and books, I made a save in November to finish that up. Before going to ng+ max out the fortune teller. Unless you did, your original post indicated you were going to have to max them out on the second playthrough. Since you beat P5 after this event started, you're eligible for a trophy. Well it was between Haru and Yusuke But the thing is no one in this game is Chie level so I didn't know if I want to choose anyone over the other. I mean in the end Joker makes the most sense...but once again I like Yusuke and Haru more. I was shaking so much thinking I was going to screw it up but after giving my life twice he released her and the trophy popped.
