Microsoft seem to be very confused about what they want to do with their VP and Nelson saying there will be fees, Xbox Support says there wount be any fees. So because of that their official word is that they are still working on the policies including always needing to be connected and pre-owned games and will announce them in the upcoming weeks (im expecting at E3.)
